Hi Stephen, thank you so much for your sleep stories. I am currently in an inpatient treatment center and recently went to medical detox for drug addiction. I was discharged from detox before entering treatment, and I had the hardest two weeks of my life. It took everything in me not to go back out and use again during those two weeks. I listen to your sleep stories constantly that was the only time I could allow myself to not be in a really bad spot mentally! They helped so much with my anxiety and worry, I was able to sleep and calm down. Thank you from the bottom of my heart my favorite ones are the ones that you do with the hotel and cabin in the Woods the forest ones!! Would you please be willing to another hotel one in the near future? I love them so very much!! By the way, I have three months clean and sober today and you will always be a part of my recovery journey. Again thank you so much! God bless!! ❤️

I'm so proud of you. As a domestic abuse survivor, it can be scary and challenging to leave . Best wishes for safety and healing. It took me awhile to heal but it's been worth everything I had to go through to get out.
Hoping this one will bring some comfort tonight and sleep, we lost my partners mum to early onset dementia on Saturday which was hard enough, unfortunately today came a double blow when my best friend lost her many year battle with leukemia at just 31. It's her birthday next week, I don't know what I'm going to do without her. Life is just so overwhelming at the moment. Thankyou for all you do.
Heart goes out to you man. I have 2 family members with terminal cancer and my nan is 92 I fear this year will be a sad occasion. But to remember them at their finest hour and try to enjoy the time I have left with them. Love to all family is everything let them know that x
Love is a song that never ends...my heart and my little family have been heavy with grief over the sudden loss of our beloved Cecilia the day after Christmas to metastatic lung cancer. (she was labrador- white German shepherd mix and overcame many life difficulties prior to my adopting and a registered therapy dog for elders and children at schools). Night is the most difficult. Tonight the simple, sweet song called Love is a song....from Bambi brought tender comfort. Blessings of hope to anyone reading this.❤

It would take a long conversation to explain the syncronisity and events that led me to this particular story.. I'm Irish too and have been unwell so I've been praying to my ancestors for healing and strength. I even know my ancient tribes from DNA tests and still carry their names.. How cool is that? 😊 Anyways this got me through 2 nights in ICU and along with the meds I was on it was quite the trip and really felt like I met them.. 😅😅 Thank you so much.. This is my favourite sleep story - although I have never actually made it to the end of the story !!! I tend to wake often during the night, however I just put the story back to the start and generally go back to sleep easily. I love the ones specifically connected to healing.
