i used that gemilai to make capuchinos and also teach shop owners (in vietnam but they did not make coffee other than local style) not bad and steam was very good. if you know your dosing grinder then you can save time by not weighing beans every time. a solid machine for the money. direct plumb option?

Thank you for inspiring me up my drinks game - I am admittedly not the best cook, but I have always loved preparing drinks for friends family and self.
I have come across serveral videos on the triple hot chocolate drink from 'said dal 1923 london' - a cafe famous for this specific drink. It looks very decadent - would you ever consider teaching us if we could replicate a drink like that at home?

Hi, did you change the OPV? (Over Pressure Valve) cause the pump is loud

not sure about this machine but you exchange the spring that opens at 15bar pressure to a softer one that opens a 9 bar)
easy. so you just have to find an other OPV or a spring.
