I went on one of these at a bonfire I. 2018 and I was put next to some chairs that was out of order and the seat is adjustable so u can either sit or stand but my seat didn’t lock so every time we went upside down my chair would move and my whole body weight was pushing against the harness and I thought I was gonna fall out

@@jimduffy1967 How’s it ‘horrendous’, it’s not dangerous at all as the seats have a little play as their adjusted depending on your height. Also they were perfectly safe.

Looks fun, I went on something like that Is was called ‘the sticky wall’ it just spun around faster and faster and went up to its like a Ferris wheel and spun even faster so in away it’s kinda similar to this it just doesn’t spin around like that it’s hard to elxplain.

Ride Madness I was told the name of the buyer (who is UK based) at Cardiff in March but I’m not saying who in case they still want to remain anonymous. Once or if they are still due to take possession, there will be an announcement.

Fair Rides Euphoria I used to work for John Guest on his topspin for 5 years until he sold it then on the supertrooper for a few years after that. I helped perrin spray the megaspin before he sold it too.

I went on this a few years back and I almost fell out because my belt wasn't tight enough. I then pulled it so tight while upside down that it was crushing my hips c:

I remember the same. Not safe, so forced the harness down one or two more clicks and then couldn't breath!
I don't see why you need a belt as the centrifugal force from the spin holds you in place. I am sure that operator made a mistake to slow the spin in the upside down position. Certainly never happened on the one I went on.

John Balazy this ride spins just fast enough that your legs kinda stick to the wall but the painful part is going upside down cos my shoulders hurt last time but it was fun
it sping so fast that gravity does its thing

Basically This Ride Is Round Up On Crack
Not sure if the operator should really be slowing that spin with the ride in the upside down position as you are relying on centrifugal force to keep the riders pinned to the back wall throughout the ride. On the one I rode on they only reversed the spin with the wheel in the upright position - that way at least you had your feet on the floor for the moment or so it took the wheel to spin back up to speed. I was surprised no one fell out of that ride. You get about 2.5G centrifugal force so that keeps you pinned in place even when the thing goes upside down - shouldnt be relying on harnesses unless the operator is an idiot like here.
It is safe but I keep hearing people say I almost fell out I saw this at winter wonderland hyde park and looking at this makes me nervous as feel sick at the same time
