Akurat bardzo mało trzeba było robić obróbki na tym wokalu. Nagraliśmy dobre partie wokalne odpowiednim mikrofonem, a edycji nie było potem na tym zbyt wiele.
A reworked studio recording always sounds better. And pretending to sing into a microphone with playback playing in the background, even I can do it. Great for karaoke. We will never forget the set up and cheating in Polish preselections (whoever reads this comment check out Jann's Gladiator tour videos )

Televote results were never published, and half of the jury had some connections to Blanka (the son of one of the jurors is her friend, another juror worked on her choreography…) and they decided to completely ignore how awful her performance during preselections was and just gave her max points and the fan favorite received a very low score from them so they could secure Blanka’s victory… You either pick the song yourself, or you go for tele-voting, but this- this was a scam through which they just wanted to get $$$ from the SMS that people sent to cast a vote…

My main takeaways from this performance is that Blanka doesn't seem to have an artistic style with using the karaoke version of Satellite and trying to sing it just like Lena, though she lacks diction on quite a few lyrics. i agree... i thought the same immediately, she is copying everything about lena, her enunciation (which is famously a very specific enunciation of the lyrics) and everything else about how she sings. she does not come across like a singer at all, more like a fan, an ordinary person singing along to their records at home. apparently blanka started her music career at age 13!! she strikes me very much as someone who wants to be in music but has relied on connections ... like her family connections... and the scandal in the polish final... rather than doing the work or even understanding what it means to be a singer. i don't think she wants to be a creative, i think she has a very surface level view of what it means to have a music career rather than seeing the art underneath. i am sure she has the ability - her performance of 'solo' is certainly unique, if nothing else! - but i don't think she is interested in it.
Actually Lena sounds more breathy, she has good resonanse here and vocal cords work. Too much diaphragm support would be destuctive to the voice in such an easy song in prima voce range.

It is still very sad that Poland lost such a cool and charismatic representative as Jann with the real conceptual masterpiece "Gladiator". the worst thing is that Eurovision now allows you to basically lip sync throughout the entire song (like Norway last year), so my guess is that that’s what she’ll do in May. Remember, every vote for her is a thumbs up to teeveepee that they successfully pulled through with their scam, and they will keep on doing it in the future.
Why do you think Subwoolfer did lip sync? They sang live. Admittedly the backing track was a bit louder than usual, but you could definitely also hear them singing live. Live singing is still very much a requirement for Eurovision and this hasn't changed at all.

the worst thing is that Eurovision now allows you to basically lip sync throughout the entire song (like Norway last year), so my guess is that that’s what she’ll do in May.

Why do you think Subwoolfer did lip sync? They sang live. Admittedly the backing track was a bit louder than usual, but you could definitely also hear them singing live. Live singing is still very much a requirement for Eurovision and this hasn't changed at all.
@@simsalon the problem is, their faces are obscured by those wolf masks that we wouldn't know for sure if they actually sung it all. And the chorus was 100% playback aš well.
They did sing live, but the backing track was quite dominant to a point that you just can’t call it live singing anymore.
Both can sing well though. Like the other user here mentioned it must have been due to the masks.
