- Well it's another young group in the competition...unfortunately they haven't had the best track record given the past groups but hopefully this one can get a foot hold into the top 5 because they are quite good!. I think the best thing they have is a strong vocal singer and their steppin choreography was awesome to see too! and before anyone criticizes me of these grades, i only grade on my opinion and i just grade based on how good it sounded and if i liked what i heard =) B+

The musical iq on these judges just hit home the legitimacy of the whole show. This is THE vocal talent show to watch.
Sad it doesn't get the attention of America and was canceled. Most talented musical performers out of any "talent" show on the air today are all on the sing-off.
Mathew Arseneau It was canceled?!?! Aw man. I'm surprised given the popularity of this seasons winners, Home Free. Along with The Voice, this is my favorite talent competition. Like you said, mvalovalo, it projected as more legitimate than some of the other talent shows. I'm sad that it isn't returning.

A- if ya asked me...They were definitely in top 3 for the night to me. The stepping was original. Loved every minute of it.

THESE KIDS!!!!! 🤩🤩🤩 I will forever believe they were robbed of 2nd place this season. No one was going to beat Home Free, but these kids were just SO AMAZING!

I think that out of the groups, Vocal Rush is one the best ones.
My favorite of the night. There were really no powerhouse singers like Scott from PTX or Michael from Dartmouth, but their cohesion is great. They swelled and really seemed to listen to one another as they were singing. Unfortunately, it made me a bit too hopeful about what the following performances would be...

This season isn't as good as season 3. Vocal Rush and Home Free are the best so far
Everyone who says that this season was a lot worse than the previous seasons obviously doesn't remember that in the first episode, there were at least three bad groups. This episode, I thought that only one group really messed up, which was Calle Sol, who shouldn't have done that dance routine.

Duck, I thank you so very much for posting the Sing Off. But I must say, your grades and opinion are based solely in "I liked it or not", because even your opinion would change if you were to study music. Independently in how much you like it, some of the grades you gave over the seasons were totally... crazy, I must say. It's not about if you like it or not; it's about being musically good, technically good. Know what I mean?

In the end, America decides on the winner based on "opinion" so I wouldn't count out his opinion that much.( And maybe because I roughly agree with the grades from this set: Season 4 Ep1)

I agree with you duck. Anyone else feel like The Filharmonic and the acoUstiKats got the best edit of the night? Or was that just me.
I'm sorry I'm not really impressed with Filharmonic, but they're second performance was pretty decent although not enough for me to want them to win. I think that the AcoUstiKats are good but they're kind of all over the place and need to tone it down.
I totally agree with you. But their fans dont. And rating are ratings. Filharmonic will get them more views on the finale, thats all that matters unfortunately.

As great as Ten is, Vocal Rush should’ve gotten second place. They are ASTOUNDING! Everyone single one of them are excellent singers! The Beatboxer, the rapper, the lead singers including Sarah my favorite. They are all winners!
I think that Ten and Voice Play have a lot of potential but they did not have good arrangements.
The beginning was FABULOUS...then they killed the song 😓
Youth, in this case means that voices have not matured. The girls have a vocal advantage because the changes male voices have to go through starts later. It is exceptionally difficult to get true bass sounds at this age.
I do not like Jewel as a judge. yikes.
