Gentle Hatha Yoga 101
In this class we explore common yoga poses that you will see in many of my classes; but here I offer you more instruction, modifications and variations so that you can find what works for your body.
There are many ways to do every yoga pose, one is not better than another. What matters is embodying the intent of the pose, and staying safe. Do not be concerned if your pose doesn't look the same as mine, listen to your body and find the shapes that work for you.
Props needed: 1 blanket, 1 pillow, 1 chair (without wheels)

Guided Meditation for Deep Sleep

In this meditation we practice gentle breath awareness, and Progressive Relaxation, a technique of squeezing and relaxing different muscles. This technique has been around since the 1930s and it is often used to reduce anxiety and insomnia. It reduces tension in the body, which allows the mind to relax, which in turn allows you to sleep.
