I did a yoga meetup on the beach. No one showed up in person but I instructed some people through Facebook live. The recoding didn’t download right and I wasn’t able to get the audio. It’s really too bad because I has some good teachings. So here it is at x’s 5 speed without audio.

I can feel wery irritated sometimes by all non scandinavian white peoples around the world who seems to think they have claims to my ancestors but annoying enough we were eweywhere so i have to admit that it is wery mutch possible to find scandinavian blod here and there among other white peoples, especially if they have english heritage but ewen others.
