Hereford and Worcester Shooting Ground and our group's Christmas get together.

A look at the soon to be closed for good, beautiful Hereford and Worcester Shooting Ground. Such a shame to see it go so it gave me a good reason, to make this video so that at least its memory will go on. It was also our shooting group's Xmas get together, where we have a shoot and then a meal out. I hope you enjoy the film. There is no guide or real info in this video. It is simply a keepsake of some friends having fun at a nice ground and thought that some others might like to see it. The team there, kindly put on a special 100 bird flush for us to do, after our round of sporting. Footage of that at the end. Unfortunately, the Shotkam doesn't like such a frantic session as you will see...

As a competitive shooter that only wants to improve, I like to think that I should be able to hit a close target with any cartridge. If I can hit 60, 70 yarders, surely I can hit something on the end of the gun???? However, could reviewing what other options are available, give me a couple of extra points on my scorecard? B&P Legend size 9 vs 80yd battue

Using a size 9 1/2 (9 UK) B&P Legend on an 80 yard battue target at Garlands near Tamworth, Staffs. As stated in the video, I would not use this size cartridge in a competition scenario. A video in response to some comments online, that believe it is a waste of time balancing a shotgun, when empty because it alters when cartridges are loaded. As you will see, it makes just about zero difference to the balance.
