    I do 10 half rep (pulses) and follow up with 10 full range pushups-20/20,30/30,40/40,50/50. Half reps or like how Ronnie Coleman works out followed by full range for the “sticklers” Watch the pump be thru the roof: plus protects the joints

    I love the Incline Push Up, I’ve worked up to 100 a set max finishing the day with 500, and resting the Muscles 48 hrs. It has helped me cap my deltoids , increase triceps size, shape & increase pecs.

    I do 100 per day... spread out over 2-3 times. I'm up to 57 for my first set. Occasionally I'll finish the hundred in the second set, but usually I need that third set. By the way, I wouldn't call bench pressing a compound exercise. 5:45

    I guess form isn't important?? Looking at some of the people doing the exercises, they're form is pretty bad. Most notably (because they were latest in the video) one of the chicks planking with her ass up in the air, and the first chick doing a burpee by falling on the floor and bringing her body up in sections??? 🤨🤨

    I always do 20 push up for 4 sets in different lines in the morning and evening i do more i get my self doing around 150 plus aday and i have seen changes in my body so exercise is so sweet and its needs an interest in it. Am 29 years.

    I used to be a gymrat musclehead. Now I'm 57, a Trucker, and have no desire whatsoever to go to the gym. Solution: Upon waking, I put my headphones on, listen to motivational material & do about 4 sets of 30 strict push-ups. I used a light dumbell/kettleball to get the rest of the body (squats, rows, presses, lateral raises). That all takes about 30-40 min daily. I always start b4 5am while everyone is still in their trucks. Throughout the day, I'll drop for an occasional 30 reps. I probably get in around 200 strict push-ups total daily. For me, it's a mental edge. I begin each day positive & feeling good. Not to mention my bod's pretty decent for my age. Best wishes to all. 👊🏾😉

      Congrats, man! Going from 3x6 to 6x30 in just 4 months is seriously impressive, especially at 37. And it’s amazing that your family and friends are noticing the gains-it must feel incredible! But you know what’s frustrating? The fact that so many people don’t want to believe that something as simple as consistent push-ups can lead to such huge progress. It’s like they refuse to accept how effective it really is, no matter how much proof there is. I don’t get why they can’t just see it for what it is!

    Even for work we work Monday to Friday 9 to 5 but then our rest days from our work are 2 days Saturdays and Sundays. Same principle must be applied to bodybuilding or anything exercise related. Rest days in every aspect of life is needed.

    From an experienced point of view . Be careful with this . Don’t assume that pushups are the #1 go to for isometric exercise . YOU WILL develop a shoulder impingement if you don’t train your back as well . Pull ups are a great exercise to negate the effects of pushups . I’m not of the idea that doing push ups every day is a good idea at all , especially if you’re doing them to failure . If you notice a sharp pain develop in the front of your shoulders this is the first sign that your routine is out of balance . Not necessarily that your over training you just aren’t training the opposing muscles enough .

    You have overtraining (downtime is give or take 2-3 days) if you keep pushing because your a sickunt you can find yourself in a happier place called CNS Fatigue (downtime is 2 fucking weeks)
