    That looks good! Two questions: Can I use ground turkey instead, and what is the consistency like? That is, can I cut it and eat it like a regular pizza, or will I have to use a fork? Thanks...

      That's a great question. I haven't tried it with ground turkey, but I imagine it would be quite similar. As for crust consistency, it depends on how long you bake it for. 15ish min each side has worked well for Mr and the crust has been solid enough to hold. However, I do use a fork as well because my toppings were messy 😂

      As far as I know, they are legit! I love their unsalted butter (I like adding my own Himalayan pink salt instead)

    Very interesting Emily! I'm thankful you found a nutrition plan that worked well for you, and your health! But, also helped with all of your ailments. I've suffered with deep depression too, but my depression is strictly based on the people I'm around. Situational depression. I learned that I'm a very strong empath and have to stay away from angry or toxic people, because to an empath, it's like carrying someone else's baggage. Quite literally feeling and sensing their emotions. Jordan Peterson the famous Canadian psychologist that I highly respect and follow, had the same experience as you with the carnivore diet. He mentioned it on the Joe Rogan show. I'll watch more of your videos and look into this topic. Thank you very much Emily! A happy subscriber! 😁Paul

    So I just figured out that I subscribed to your channel after I watched your "10 months on carnivore" video. Are you still doing it, or more of a ketovore type diet? You should post more frequently if you want to grow your subscribers... maybe some more carnivore stuff? I like these short workout videos as well. They are very well edited. Usually I don't listen to women, but you seem pretty quiet... maybe that's why I like these short videos ;-)

    Making a simple carnivore diet complicated. Single ingredient is carnivore this adding recipe stuff is not true carnivore sorry but it's true

      Some of these ingredients aren't carnivore (like the vanilla and sweetener), but as long as the ingredients are carnivore then the recipe is still considered carnivore. If you really want to nitpick then I could easily say that it isn't true carnivore to cook your meat, you should be eating it raw. Or that a true carnivore wouldn't buy meat, they'd hunt it themselves with only their teeth and claws. Stop trying to nitpick, it's silly.

      Carnivore diet is used for eliminating what the body is rejecting to solve your body issues.... wheat is the cause of skin problems, but you won't know that unless you removed it to see.... small doses may not effect it, but in the masses it might. Have a break, have a KitKat 😊 (once in a while)

      I see your point but believe me, it will go right over the head of most people. I eat lion diet. About 2 air-fried steaks a day with some beef tallow instead of butter, and that's it. On the other hand, I also see a place for all these complicated recipes (which are certainly not carnivore). I've had to learn these to get my young kids to eat healthier. They started with eating the SAD diet with a lot of processed food and steak repulses them so I'm forced to learn these to get them to be less unhealthy with their diet.

      @terryolay4613 do you have any tips for getting kids on a better diet? Mine never ate SAD, but they love their pastas, sourdough, pesto, etc... Been adding yolks to chocolate milk, making pasta using bone broth and tallow, adding cream to pesto, etc so far 🤷

      Building a strong mid/upper back is fundamental to the health of your shoulders 💪 this move involves everything so being strong head to toe is key. I promise I'm always extremely careful !!

    I was excited until i saw "stevia sweetener" that stuff still triggers sugar cravings. Not sure if its even carnivore friendly or a cheat item.       You don't need to add stevia. If you find it is a trigger for you, by all means omit it. I actually use a lot less now in recipe. Stevia or its extract won't trigger insulin so it won't kick you out of ketosis.
