This place is a goldmine for 6th generation gaming. PS2, XBOX, or GameCube. They’ve got it! Special editions of classic games cycle through regularly! I’ve seen Prey (2006), Halo 2, and Mortal Kombat Deception Collectors Editions. If you’re a collector, check them out! Edit: They even have a disk buffer, which can potentially revive your old, scratched disks.

Use to have Silent Hill, I kept my games mint, even as a teen. Sold it... yep, sold it along with Dino Crisis 1 & 2 (also going up in price) when I got a PS2. Speaking of PS2, also had SH 2 & 3. Borrowed them to a neighbor. Couple weeks later. He moved, never gave them back to me. This still pisses me off to this day and its been over 15 years now. I shouldn't have to pay ridiculous amounts of money to get them back. I do still own SH4 though.

Watching my sealed copies of silent hill 1-4 go up in value for the ps2 is a beautiful feeling 😂

You may want to consider scripting these out instead of doing them extemporaneously, there’s lots of digression and cuttable anecdotes here which makes it pretty difficult to get invested into tbh

I’m disappointed that silent hill games are expensive. I got to introduce from a video called haunt by GRZ and I hear soundtrack of Silent Hill 2. second I got introduce more Silent Hill which is P.T. Later 2020 I finally got introduced Silent Hill. I go on eBay, tried making offers and biding for Silent Hill 1,2,3 and 4, the user on eBay blocked me for bidding and bidding. I love collecting of PS1 and 2 games, sadly I never get a chance to collect Silent Hill 1,2, 3 and 4: the room.

I bought silent hill 2, 3 and 4 at a yard sale years ago for like 5 bucks each. Then bought the 1st one for $35 bucks at a comic store about 7 or 8 years ago. Wish I kept down pour. But I have pt on my ps4. XD.

Resellers! They've ruined the retro market and sucked the life out of collecting... to me.

I own silent Hill 1 to 3 and have for around 5 years or so now. My copys of 1 and 2 are the US versions, and my copy of 3 is the Japanese version because it was cheaper at the time. I bought 1 and 2 over 10 years ago and didn't buy 3 until during the pandemic. I have played a finished 1 and 3 but not 2 because I don't really like that one very much. I'm probably one of the few people out there who don't love silent Hill 2.

This is easily one of the best places to stop for retro gaming in Northern Michigan. Every time we visit we find another game I needed.

I have complete copy of Silent Hill Shattered Memories for PS2. I didn’t know it was that expensive. I don’t even like it, I rather trade it for Origins. I like Origins better.

26! Hey Dstreet! Great pickups video, specially the final 2 there ;) . You could do a video on your favorite games on PS5 using your avatar. I say this for 2 reasons, 1) I think one of your best videos was on your PS5 collection and 2) this is something I wish I had done on my channel at this point, and I will soon, but should have already done cause I think this kind of video has strong potential no matter what channel it may be.

Blender Bros is a sweet title. Very rare game. Definitely my favorite of your pickups. Neo Contra was another great pickup IMO

Recently subscribed because I think you have really good taste in retro games and a good eye for more modern niche titles like the Fromsoft VR game. I'll be taking tips from you on pickups like that. I wish you'd say how much you paid for each game.

I've played and completed Enslaved. I recommend it. Definitely enjoyed it.

ZP has been a staple in my life for years as im sure it has been for many other people. It gave the world a bit of stability and continuity knowing that as sure as the sun will rise and set, Yahtzee would be cursing at videogames over animations of stick figures. I know i sound a little sarcastic but im serious. Well not worth moaping about, best thing to do is just wait and see what he'll do next, which will hopefully be even better for us and more fulfilling for him

I haven’t listened to Zero Punctuation in a very long time… it seemed to me that he had gotten to “yucky for the sake of yucky” and I had to drop off.

Yahtzee did one or two ZP-like game reviews in 2007, based on which he was hired by the Escapist and there the series was named Zero Punctuation. He has made no zero punctuation reviews outside the Escapist.

Two years later and prices havent moved much sadly. I really find it so surprising. Silent hill are great games but they certainly arent rare. At least the early games arent. So for the first and second game which both sold well over a million copies to stay so high is confusing to say the least. I suspect they will drop pretty significantly at some point but they are still just hyped up right now. And announcement of 2 remake doesnt help that.
