Quick question, I noticed you had your downpipe in before installing the wideband, were you able to get it tuned correctly without the wideband or something or is that the reason for the install?

The Tomei ELH is stainless steel, and fairly thick gauge stainless at that, so wrapping it is absolutely fine. It's only regular steel that you don't want to wrap. Wrap will not damage stainless headers at all and will perform far better as a heat barrier than any coating ever could.

Does anyone know if there is a longer/taller oil filter that can now be used once the oil cooler is deleted? It would be nice to have extra filter media from a longer filter now that there's extra room.

Man I fitted 18’s off a GC8 onto my XT which is stock Height and I’m somehow getting slight rub somewhere. Calipers are clear from rims, Good gap between bottom hat of suspension. I’m scratching my head

I only use top tier. Sunoco, Amoco, Bp, shell, Exxon. You’re right most people don’t know. Same goes for if you have an awd or 4 wheel drive system a lot don’t know about changing fluids on transfer case and differential fluids on a front and rear axles. I change all required fluids when you’re supposed to. I do an oil under coat every year underneath vehicle and inside doors and rocker panels inside the frame and outside because I live in a cold weather climate and state that uses a lot of salt.

Don’t bother! The “adapter” doesn’t work well enough to pass an MOT in the UK so best to go all-in and fit R180 setup. Additionally, 6 speed box gives peace of mind… just do it
