I own one of these 232 and definitely need information how to feather the pilot valves and also how to adjust the remote, works great one direction but kills the engine the other direction. When starting forward or backwards it will try to kill the engine till you go full forward or full revers. Any information would be greatly appreciated!

Glade to see someone else's showing how to fix these machines. I bought the QK18KXS-C. It had the diesel motor. It weighed 2450. I did mods on the one i had. If you are a larger person this machine is not for you unless you buy with out cab. Im 6ft 300 pounds. Thats why i sold it. I moved ac to back. If you wount to see mods goto jts okie's hobbies and adventures. I did put 1 wire alternator on the diesel model 7222 kubota engine

I'm thinking the motors on the track are larger torque then needed, so replace both of them with the smallest motors in the family. That way no hose or swivel upgrade. find a 2-3ml/rev motor, and I bet more then double the ground speed. Or am I wrong and the motors are at the edge of their output torque needed to push dirt with the front blade.

That Chinese made A/C unit not gonna add more counter weight? 😂 couldn’t help myself. I’d agree with another commenter, AGT’s are pretty finicky and a little jerky on the hydraulics. Another good video Cam, could we get one explaining what each of the letters of the model numbers signifies?

So what kit does the tbi adapter plate come with, and what brand of tbi do you have? I have a 1980 CJ5 with a 2 barrel MC 2100 and I want to upgrade to a tbi. I f you can tell mw where I can purchase the adapter plate i would appreciate it. Just want to have everything togeather so I am not missing everything. Thanks. Great looking jeep!

Too funny, i just picked up an exact one of these a month ago! Only difference incan see is that the unit I grabbed has a "slide" window for the hydraulic tank cap access rather than the circular door pictured on this one. I have not get had a chance to do anything with it yet except drive it off the trailer. Looking forward to seeing mods and upgrades you do!

I have a similar one. I would advise to not run the mower up or down a hill with the controls side on the downhill side. The mower is very nose-light and I have flipped my mower over trying to go up a slope with the controls on the downhill side.

Where do you have the rear pcv hose going into the tbi at the front of the tbi?

How easy is it to remove the cab and AC on this model? The only two models at my local auction that had a swing boom and hyd thumb was this model and the DM12-C. I went with the DM12-C since I didn't know what's all stationary with the cab. Plus it had everything wired to the key, no extra battery shutoff.

Merry Christmas. Thank you for the video. I'm sure you are enjoying the holidays with family, but if you can take a moment to reply, id appreciate it. I already have an OK10 Mini Excavator. I love it as it makes digging trenches much easier on my back. Im planning on buying a mini skid steer, but was wondering if youd recommend getting this or a 3 pump stand on version. I like the compactness of the stand on, but from time to time, i do have to accept deliveries on pallets and the 800lb lift capacity of the stand on ones won't cut it. How much does this lift? And can you drive it with an extra attachment (like a 3 pump stand on one)? Thanks.

Sounds like the pressure regulator/relief valves are out of adjustment for that machine... I bought a krw23 (wheel loader) with the 739/740cc rato and it suffered the same issues with stalling... Not to mention the 30mph top speed in high gear... I added a jackshaft to my krw23 to reduce top speed to a more reasonable 10mph for this size machine My loader uses a belt drive so I installed smaller pulleys for both the hydraulics and the driveline... adjusting the hydraulic pressure regulator is not to bad you just gotta find it... Also more than likely every fitting in the hydraulics are metric so you may want to get adapters to add hydraulic pressure gauges to the system (comes in handy when a pump/circuit starts to have issues) they like to get debris in the pressure regulator that causes them to suddenly bypass stopping the machine in its tracks

Wow such narrow tires... those are the 5.70-12 tires if I looked it up right they are basically 22.5-23inch od tires that are 5.75 inches wide... I can guarantee I could bury it to the belly plate just driving off my driveway in the warm months (wet blue clay...) and bury it in the snow too... It can be refitted with a basic set of 23x8.50-12/23x10.50-12 pneumatic tires

Great content. According to the flow chart, is the suction hose large enough for correction velocity? Mine has a 5/8" ID hose on the suction. Seams like it need to be at least 3/4", if not 1"???

I appreciate your teaching, I installed one on my Qk16 and it immediately quit being a bucking bronco on the stop of the swing, the way that stopped you could tell something was going to break! it works great but i also need to go in there and set the pressures. do you think they should be as high as the dcv check valve?

I've seen videos of Chinese mini-excavators using the hydraulic to raise both front and rear (using the digger) at the same time. I can't do it with mine. Is that an indication that the hydraulic pump is undersized?

Hmmm. Looking at those.. I’d have to inspect it a bit more but it doesn’t look impossible to cut, weld, and lengthen the tracks. Alignment would be key. Would help with stability with more counter weight. - Cut the drive gear bracket - length to appropriate size - add an idler wheel - confirm alignment - weld/ gusset the drive gear bracket to ensure strength - lengthen hydraulic lines. Probably a 2-4 day project.

I'm planning on getting something like this. I have some almost impossible hills to cut. I lost half my foot in an accident mowing a hill 21 years ago. Now I also have an artificial hip and a bad back. This thing will be a huge asset for me.

The larger more powerful modems are coming… they’re only going to get better. I wish them the best of luck, because 75,000-120,000 is ridiculous for a skid steer.

Would I just need to increase to 1/2 in line size and run the dual pump with one to the Aux line for independent control? Or would the dual pump and factory line suffice since there is nothing else impeding the flow?
