No one ruining , everything is fine ..and any word used is not racism all are equal !! JATT REPRESENTS PUNJAB
u r doing a great work bro
Nice vid, could you also explain ਕਿਥੋਂ ਦੇ and ਕਿਥੋਂ ਦੀ? For example, when we say “where are you from?, we might say “ਤੂੰ ਕਿਥੋਂ ਦੇ ਆ” or “ਤੂੰ ਕਿਥੋਂ ਦੀ ਆਇਾ”, could you explain the rules and how we use these phrases?
It depends on pronoun and masculine or feminine subject. ਤੂੰ ਕਿੱਥੋਂ ਦਾ it is masculine singular. ਤੁਸੀਂ ਕਿੱਥੋਂ ਦੇ ਹੋ it is a plural or people use ਤੁਸੀਂ to respect people. ਤੂੰ ਕਿੱਥੋਂ ਦੀ ਆ it is feminine singular used for a girl
@@AmrinderMK Thanks, but what if the sentence is referring to an object instead, does that also impact its gender? For e.g. if someone came from bazaar which is masculine, would they say: “ਮੈਂ ਉੱਥੋਂ ਦੇ/ਦਾ ਆਇਾ”. or would they instead say “ਮੈਂ ਉੱਥੋਂ ਦੀ ਆਇਾ”.
No, it's not. Going to depend on bazaar. It depends on ਮੈਂ
@@AmrinderMK Thanks for your help, though I have heard my family and relatives use those phrases on different rules, it might just be because our boli is different. My heritage goes to jalandar, doabe.
@@Ram_SM no, it's same bro. I think you are not explaining your question properly. Give me a complete sentence.

You are talking is Doabi dialect . Punjabi has many dialect . Makhija dosbi mslwai hindci pothohori saraiki Jhangwi etc
You are mistaken. I speak Malwai Punjabi. There's only one word ਕਿੱਦਾਂ kidan I explained in the video is Doabi.
But title of your video doesn’t declare it .
@@atulsehgal8670because video is not about dialects
@@AmrinderMK beta I worked in Bhatinda muktsar Faridkot patia Nabha . My objection is different Uou never disclosed that you are discussing about a specific region . I studied Punjabi and topped in the college . How do we know that your talking about a specific region and dialect
I understand you. But you are missing my point. This video is about a very basic way of greetings. It's not about dialects. I have another podcast episode about it. By the way you said you worked in Bathinda and still thought I am speaking Doabi accent
Thanks for teaching
Thank you sir
