Fast. cheap, and easy repair of rusted out exhaust flanges
While replacing the exhaust system on my Ford Explorer, I fount that the exhaust flange on my catalytic converter was destroyed by rust. Unfortunately, it was a one piece welded unit. Here's how I got around buying a new catalytic converter and only spent around $5 instead of $200.

Thanks for sharing your technique! I work to remove as much of the offending vines as fast as possible. Hedge trimmer to cut it all down to size, works for the thin green and variable grey/brown vines. Chop them to pieces, let nature degrade the remains. That clears out the area fast and well. Locate the base of any larger vines, use a RYOBI ONE+ HP 18V Brushless Cordless Compact One-Handed Reciprocating Saw to cut such vines off of trees. Pull up as much as able to expose secondary roots, kick with boots or pull like Popeye! Tree saved. Check back for any regrowth in a couple years. I use a hand spray bottle with undiluted herbicide, no time for paint brushes, no carrying bulky sprayers, as there are many trees to save, and little time!

Replaced a ton of drive belts, absolutely no reason at all to pull the operator platform off more the fan pulley... If you're going to make videos make sure you know exactly what you are doing... Simply pull the mower deck off and fish the belt around the pulleys. Put your deck back on. Easy peasy done deal bud..🤔🤔

Just replaced my coil! all this stuff is un neccessary. just remove the muffler and that bracket. remove the plastic cover with phillips screwdriver (short) then the housing bolts. lean the cover back and reach into the cover to remove the 2 coil screws. no need to remove the cocer, just pull it back a little. did not need swivel to remove the bottom cover bolts. just use a socket and lean it a little.

And this thing is all copper. This makes me question why are the ones at the store not copper? Is it just to save money? Your battery clamp is awesome.

The hood wasn’t in my way during the process. The tie rod washer nut flanges were the most difficult. I used a longer crow bar for the bottom flange & a steel pointed punch under the top from the side a few taps with a hammer lifted it enough to get a long flat thin blade screw driver in the opening & twisted enough to get it opened some more. From there a larger blade driver opened it up so a socket would fit over the nuts. Next most challenging was the air tube rubber bracket socket plug. That puppy was on tighter than a drunken sailor on a 3 day R&R in Thailand. The 6 frame bolts came out fairly well. When they got tight I backed them in a few turns and sprayed a bit of PB on them. No rust helps out! (1999 300M)

Thanks for posting this. I was reluctant to pull the drive pulley off but your video made me comfortable popping it off with my impact wrench. The transmission pulley is about 1/2" higher than the nearest tensioner pulley. Everything is tight and I can't see anything bent. Do you know if it's normal to be out of plane like that? My tractor is a 325 but the drive portion looks the same as the GX325. My belt was very worn but that might have been caused by a bad idler so I can't tell if the misalignment is causing any issue. The belt was riding only on the lower half of the transmission pulley which is obviously wrong, but that might have resulted from running such a worn belt?

Counter-intuitively, the easiest way to separate oil & water is to add loads more water & agitate a lot. A lot. Being as neither substance likes the other, the water "trapped" in the oil will bind to the added water during agitation & sink to the bottom when left to settle. You can then use a bottom drain to run off the water fraction. So if you have 200l of oil that's contaminated with water - chuck in another 20l of water & agitate it till you're bored. Then let it settle for an hour or 4 - Voila, the water has sunk to the bottom. Drain it off. Birds of a feather flock together. Same oddly applies to processing the junk we now get as "Petrol" or "Gas" if you're in the US - chuck in a load of water & agitate like mad. The crapola, added ethanol plus all the other detritus we get in "Fresh" pump-gas will settle to the bottom - you will be shocked how much btw - leaving you just good old fashioned proper "gas" once you drain off the crap from the bottom. How much better will everything run on fuel treated that way? All the better. How much disgusting sticky gel (the stuff that clogs your engine) will you get coming out in the water? All of it.
