    While in the last trimester of my first child 20 years ago, I battled with anemia. Iron pills would constipate me so badly, I couldn't take them. While going with a family member to our local herbal store, I was describing to my family member what was going on with my iron levels and the trouble I was having. I was told by a person within the store about yellow dock. I began to take it because she said it was safe for pregnancy and when I went to my next visit, my iron levels were so high that I did not have to get the blood transfusion the doctors were worried about! I have been telling people since then about the yellow dock! I thank God for sending the right people with the right information into my life at the right time! 💞

    I love mimosa. It’s the best mood lifter ever. It’s better than drugs. Better than pharmaceuticals and better than pot. Literally within 24 hours or less of taking it I can go from depths of despair to sunny and optimistic. It makes the things I was thinking about being so sad and upsetting seem like not a big deal. I love that it works so fast. And that I can take it when I need it because of that and then after a few weeks stop until I need it again. Sometimes I don’t for long stretches but then hit a rough patch and it’s there for me. It’s really awesome stuff.

    • @ladybugsarah6671
      @ladybugsarah6671 6 месяцев назад

      What works for me even faster is 5-HTP. It is a supplement OTC. It can change my mood in a couple hours. It raises your Serotonin level. So until Mimosa begins to work. 5-HTP can come to the rescue more quickly. I take 200mg time release. Better than any anti depressant I've ever had. How do you take Mimosa? Bark or flowers? If bark how do you prepare it?

    I wonder if it's the same yopon we have that's quite invasive in Northwest Florida. It fits the description and we call it Youpon. It's poison to livestock so we kind of have to keep cutting it back and getting rid of it unfortunately

    • @HiNinqi
      @HiNinqi 5 месяцев назад

      Yes it should be the same. It's not invasive. The reason you wouldn't want yaupon close to your home is it's highly flammable. She says in the video there's a plant called privet that is invasive. Maybe that's the one that's bad for your animals? Animals (birds, opossums, raccoons, etc) can eat yaupon berries.
