Pancreas and colon cancer is hereditary in my family. My mom lost her mother and 3 sisters to Pancreas cancer. She lost her father and her brother is currently fighting long and colon cancer. I will definitely be growing Holy Basil from now on. Thank you!

I want to start seeds in my garden but can't til spring, but it being an annual, does it tend to reseed itself?

Do you think with too much dosage it will negatively effect gut micro biome as it’s anti microbial ?

I didn't think it was invasive either but now I'm not so sure as it is popping up all over the place!

I guess it could have the potential to be invasive, but I don't see it naturalizing outside of the garden setting, thankfully. I guess more reason to harvest and use. Thanks for sharing.
