Honestly I have too many roosters so I am not terribly upset about this one, the white Australorp I was very disappointed about losing... @SquidHunting I am sorry I am not sure, I purchased it from Ben ABT in NSW Australia I am nor sure where he hot it from. Maggie from Polygreen Solar imports excellent quality ones with bigger showers, stronger metal in the construction and generally a much better quality for a similar price www.polygreensolar.com.au there are other good quality ones available as well but I can't tell you the manufacturer... Yep Summer has hit fairly hard I think we skipped Spring 😂 great too hear you are getting your fall garden in, what are you growing? Hi Beautiful great question a standard hight shipping containers internal height is around 2.3m and the high cubes are nearly 2.7m. The foundations for the new ones will be properly concreted steal posts and I think we are aiming to have it 1m off the ground. Thanks for watching Blessings Gerowyn

@cheekscowgirladventures4290 keep in mind this was over 2 years ago when these buildings were available for $15000 from other suppliers if you could wait 3 months for delivery... My purpose of this video was to give a thorough assessment of the building so people could go in eyes open and it was marketed as a luxury home... other homes are much better quality from other suppliers. We also had to add a secondary roof and the electricals and plumbing fully needed to be replaced and added an extra $10000 to the cost... Thanks f for watching Blessings Gerowyn

I absolutely agree we lacked knowledge, however the blocks were level and yes we should have more help but unfortunately we were desperate and had no one to help. This model is not ideal as a primary dwelling as many councils in SEQld don't allow this model as the ceiling height is too low I am actually in the process of getting 2 more 40ft versions with the higher ceilings approved by my council I will do a video update when I have further progress. I am currently working with a building certifier who has experience getting these buildings council approved. The big influencing factor would be how many people with be living in it the 20 ft would be great for a single person or even a couple but for a family it really is too small hence why we are getting 2 larger ones. They generally are very good value for what you get but having them properly installed is important or at the very least having fantastic instructions. Thanks for watching Blessings Gerowyn
