It looks great but 3 crappy figs (I have the original bob) I would get it on sale but most iam paying is 30$~ for this
If anything, I’d get this for the ship. Jedi Bob is a fun callback and I’m glad they made him but not super appealing for me personally. I agree with you on the price, it needs a 20% discount at a minimum.
I wanted Jedi Bob but I do think the starship is pretty great and nicer than the version with Obi-wan

20 dollars is crazy expensive for that set. In Romania we have it listed for 13-14 and is still expensive.
I need to start buying Lego in Europe
I'm always convinced that the only reason Lego wasn't expensive "Back then" is because for most fans "Back then" refers to when they were little and it was their parents complaining about how expensive Lego was.
Well it’s definitely true that Lego has always been expensive. If you use inflation calculators, a lot of those older sets would still be pretty expensive today. I think it’s more that the increase in licensed sets and the use of more small pieces has meant that a lot of sets feel especially expensive for the price now-especially some lines like Star Wars when compared to others like botanical or ninjago.

That’s part of the Medieval Town Square. It’s a pretty nice set if you like Lego Castle!
My 12yo son got this as a gift and I couldn't agree more. So many functions and play value for a reasonable price - something we haven't seen for a while. The new Jesko also seems pretty good. Not like the RC GT4, which looks awful and is priced out of this world...

This is just a fun set with an interesting build. (And yes, the $20 sets with 2 instruction books are friggin hilarious! It helps the 8 year olds feel more grown up.)
i have this buggy on the desk of my work room, and it's have been the favorite of two of my nephews, i think the interactivity of it (working-ish rear suspension and push to turn mechanism) and the thick tires makes it a fun object to toy with.

I bought this set for my son and he loves it. At $20, it is definitely a great value for what you get.
20$ for 220pcs are 9ct/pc so yeah, amazing value for 2024 indeed. I wouldn't call it "the cure for Lego" though...
Okay maybe more like when you’re buying gas and find the price just decreased so it’s $.05 cheaper than you thought it was going to be. But without the pullback function.

The tail is most likely going to be attached the same way as it’s done for the Monkey King in LEGO Monkie Kid sets.
The coolest theme I’ve never purchased
The Monkey Kid tails are similar to the tail used for Rocket Raccoon in the Marvel sets, it fits over the legs part like the utility belt piece but also with a tail sticking out the back. The Barbarian fur collar part has been around for years too, I think it was first used for Kraven The Hunter, but many more since then.

Well fortunately nerds come in every color so I’m glad to see it. But Lego smartly kept any skin tone off the bodies so you can mix and match any minifig head you want on these figures to customize them to your liking. Maybe not the bird.
Using lego in place of more expensive existing miniatures is an awesome idea. You can easily customize the gear of your mini and create terrain for battle maps with ease

@geckotech_engineer has it, the original image is low-res and a little blurry so rather than zoom in and have it all pixelated, I enlarged in photoshop…maybe a little too much. But these are definitely real!

Been a D&D guy since 1979 (yes, I'm THAT old!) and a Lego maniac for almost as long. I'll be guying these figures by the armload!
As I D&D player I just want to say congratulations, you pronounced everything correctly (or at least in a way a sizeable chunk of D&D players do- some pronunciations the community cannot agree on to this day)
