Cynthia is NOT Storm. I have some great alternatives. Doechii or Teyana Taylor. Go look at the coming book. Put a white wig on either of these women and they look exactly like the comic. Just because Cynthia did Wicked doesn't mean she should be up for Storm. She doesn't fit such a character. Marvel movies are not her lane.

I found a copy of xmen worlds apart at my comic shop today and picked it up because of this video ⚡️

She is a fine actress but NAH no thanks. I think it could be ok. But I think there are better fits plus Cynthia is on top. But come on Hollywood don’t go with whoever is the hottest name that’s how we got Halle. I know she doesn’t have as deep of complexion but Sonequa Martin-Green I think could absolutely MURDER the role of Storm! She gives young Angela Basset and she is just as fierce! And has the action and leading lady chops.

With the height thing you also have to consider that a lot of the leading men in Hollywood are a bunch of shrimps lol. So even 5’6” could look statuesque amongst them with the right camera angles and what not.

That part where you mention if she were a character in a MOBA she would be top picked, top banned, if you pick her you win~ YOU'RE SO RIGHT! @marvel rivals right now lol!

Its not as much as shes bad ass but more than marvel deity are wuss. Yes the olympians were the worst but you gwt why peoples would fear them. Marvel gods get insulted left and right Plus storm wasnt spiritual she just scammed a village into worshiping her.

I said the same thing; wished that we had a little more time to digest her death and how it might've affected her and everything going on at that moment. Storm is one of the rare X-Men that have never really died in their entire histories, whereas others have died multiple times over the decades. But I'm glad that she's back and leveled up.

Were they only broken up because the X-Men became persona non grata at Marvel?

Well to be fair she did side with a guy who drowned thousands of Wakandas citizens and is even seen hugging him in later x-men runs….sooooo.

If storm had kids in the main comic then that would mean her story has ended and I’m sorry I don’t want that. She is better off getting stronger, she hasn’t even conquered clostrophobia yet.

I never liked T'Challa with Storm, I like her with Wolverine. Or anybody else but him. Ya thinking Chadwick T'Challa. That is not the same Black Panther in the 616 universe. 616 universe Black Panther is a bum. I hear they trying to change the chars to their movie counter parts.
