      @@doudleyJ Honestly, Noah's speed in the 100 doesn't seem convincing to me, in order for him to win gold in Paris. Noah would have to put together the perfect race, and his start would have to be superb. He hasn't run below a 9.80 yet, but Seville has! I feel like Seville may take the gold if he runs a perfect race, and second and third could be anybody's, including Noah. We also have to look out for Ferdinand Omanyala who has the world's leading time at 9.79 (It could be 9.77). But, I do know that anything can happen, so we'll just have to wait and see. I'm looking forward to it because the 100m race should be stacked. I would enjoy seeing Noah win it, but I wouldn't be disappointed if he loses, there are too many guys running 9.8's! Somebody may have to run a 9.7 in order to win it, it's definitely going to be a joy to watch!

      @doudleyJ 12 дней назад

      The way I did it in the video preferably offseason, but this can be done anytime and you can also modify the distance and the sets. most people don't train acceleration or top speed in the off-season because they do long to short.

  • @xayto5831
    @xayto5831 12 дней назад

    Love the training, I feel like personally doing more of the advanced plyos like pogos, broad jumps etc should be done after a sprint session so your not using up a lot of explosiveness and power before hand because you might not be at your full speed/potential then when you go to do your actual sprint workouts. Def warmup good though with hip mobility, skips, etc

    • @doudleyJ
      @doudleyJ 12 дней назад

      Thank you, that’s a good thing you point up, I do see the Pros do it after I don't think that benefits the workout tho for example: when I do broad jump and do blocks I feel so much more explosive and projecting, I’m going to look into that next sessions tho, Thanks for the feedback

    These 2 are gold. I think alot of bang for buck. I already started back ext, but I really want to add in those cable cycles. Another thing that has really helped my hip position (and hollowing of core) is adding in leg raises with back ext.

    • @doudleyJ
