Training in the sand help putting less stress on the joints than a stable ground, and great for the feet, ankle and calf muscles and also challenging. Give it a Try!
I actually did some research before I did it, look at professional athletes doing it in the off-season and also do some research and give it a try! I would go into more detail, but this is already too long.

@@johnreidy2804 I agreed, but You forgotten about the fitness part, and its low impact especially return from injury, burn extra calories, and lastly strengthen your foot and ankle which's connect to getting faster.
That won't help anyone run faster. But it is funny to watch. I am considering giving it a "like"
