I too had my gallbladder removed. I was healthy my entire life until I started birth control. That's when my GI symptoms started and I knew it was the BC but Dr's gaslit me the entire time saying it was my diet and prob other meds for 2 yrs!!! I wasn't on other meds and I eat very healthy and exercised. Got it removed and it made my GI symptoms got worse. I finally stopped the birth control and like 90% of GI symptoms away. I finally saw a naturopathic Dr and she said the hormones in BC can cause gallbladder disease. I read the leaflet from the bc packet and it states on it, it can cause gallbladder disease.

Hope you are doing better. I can relate to several things you mentioned. I had an endoscopy on August 15th; I wasn't scared. Everything happened so quick. I've had GERD for years. For months now, food seemed to be getting stuck, I noticed a change in my eating habits, being hoarse alot, belching, heartburn. A trip to ER in early August, revealed strictures. The Gastro doc did a biopsy and now I'm waiting....so nervous!!🙏

Can I ask you a question aa a birth mom, because I would really value your answer as an adopted daughter who has a good life just like my daughter has and I'm so hapoy about that But she contacted me a few weeks ago and we were messeging on FB for awhie before she revealed that she met several of my ex-family members who abandonded me when I got pregnant with her. Then after my Dad died they embezzled my portion of the will 15 years ago and cut all communications with me, claiming I was a homeless drug addict and street walker. None of it true at all, just a charade to hide their crimes It turns out she has formed close bonds wih people who caused me and still do cause me a lot of harm pain and grief my entire lifetime I told her I cant manage not being a part of the happy reunion or manage having a secretive relationship because she's not that forrhright or honest with what is going on behind my back But she is still trying to contact me and its literally killing me. I dont want anything to do with my ex-family but it kills me to know I will never meet my birth daughter. She's just too bonded with them at this point and they're only using her to hurt me and strengthen the charade I havevto let her go for my own sanity. Is this too selfish of me? I have an upper endoscopy scheduled for a couple days from now & im terrified 😭. For me i was eating normally then started feeling like something was in my throat while i was eating fried chicken (this was like 2+ months ago) & eventually it felt like something was in my throat 24/7. I haven't been able to eat most of the foods i enjoy cause im afraid to swallow a lot of foods as i feel like i might choke on it. The only things i can somewhat eat okay are soft, easy to swallow things like ice cream, pudding, etc. Can't really swallow any pills etc either 😭. The other day i ate like 10 air fryed crinkle cut fries very carefully cause i was tired of eating the same couple foods & i suffered for a day or two for it 🤦🏻‍♀️. Sometimes it feels like a sorta choking type feeling, like someone putting their hand around my throat from the inside of it. Sometimes it feels like theres a lump or something in my throat, other times it feels like my throat is tightening or spasming. A relative thinks its probably reflux or something I'm the type that has high anxiety & avoids doctors, hospitals, etc in general unless I'm legitimately suffering with something that doesn't go away in a week or so. I really hope everything goes as planned with this endo procedure (as a pretty much obese person im rather worried about literally dying or something during it). I also hope they find some kind of simple solution or at least answers & how to fix it, as this appointment is stressful & expensive AF for me to not get any more new info or answers than i had going into it 😭

Got 2 rooks and ones is crust and pus prone daily and one is perfectly fine I can sleep on both gently it’s been less than a month

Im on my moms account cause my phone is broken I have a huge fear of side effects in pills. I took pepcid for a few weeks the doctors aaying it was the "best" pill only to have hallucinations and tachycardia. After that i jave been EXTREMELY CAREFUL with taking pills. I am not worried about weight gain since im underweight. I have an ovarian cyst and i wont lie i never knew it until i went to emergency thinking pooping and feeling a pain on my left side was WEIRD. First hospital necer checked on me they just let me sit there in the waiting room like im a lunatic while the 2nd time i went and they checked and said i have an ovarian cyst. I did mire research and i am honestly wanting to cry. Im scared and never had this at all. This made me have anxiety and panick attacks frequent because i was never educated about this nor never had this so i went hospitals frequently when i felt pain. I got in trouble and they told me i should go to psychiatry after i told them i worry SO MUCH ABOUT THE OVARIAN CYST. I did get to talk to 9bgyn they told me my hormones are nornal but im EXTREMWLY AFRAID TO TAKE THIS AND IT CAN DAMAGE MY HEALTH PERMANENTLY. I just wish i had a female friend who would walk with me on this journey of birth control specifically this one. I havent taken it and im tempted to take it to get rid of the cyst but like i said im extremely afraid after experience with pepcid.

After an anxiety attack i started to have bad acid reflux 😢 still really dealing with it, and it makes me really scared to develop some sort of dysphasia due to my throat being so sore and acid. Hope you're feeling better now! fighting ❤

You could probably have GERD. GERD is a condition where the body produces too much stomach acid. It can be caused by certain foods, medications, other illnesses, etc or your body just simply produces too much on its own. I’m getting an endoscopy done for GERD for the first time. I’m nervous too and glad I saw this video. I used to take over the counter omeprazole everyday but now my doctor prescribed me pantoprazole which seems to work just as good even a lil better lasting. It’s a stomach acid reducer. When I was having major acid attacks my esophagus would get so inflamed. And than after I finally get it in control my esophagus would have these random squeezing cramps. It would get to a point I would spiral myself into thinking I have esophagus cancer and that I’m gonna die etc. I’m getting this endoscopy to hopefully clear my mind that it’s doing ok.
