You can't do it manually without " trim to current command. " Automatisation points on the start and end of selection will not be properly trimmed without it.

I’m looking for a way to loop record but ALSO have pre/post roll stay active. So for example 1 bar pre, 1 bar post, 2 bars record, FOUR bars loop, over and over. This comes up for me regularly, particularly useful for keeping the vibe and the rhythm, but having the loop make more sense and give someone time to breathe before they sing again. Is this possible?

I bought an instrumental and the beat was going faster in pro tools then in itunes. Still cant find the proper bpm. Probably will never buy an instrumental again

Using SIP and trying to solo a track I don’t hear anything. The only track I can hear while soloing is the beat

Jon, it seems to me like by the time the other person adds the new tracks to the session, the file size would be too large to mail it back to the sender???

What’s crazy that you didn’t mention is that you don’t keep the avid complete plug-ins after your perpetual expires, like the pro dynamic multi comp, other inst and many others that I can’t think in the top 😞 so if you don’t have the intention of renewing you better have 3rd party plug-ins to mix like Waves, Fab filter, even tide, sound toys,! Just saying

Sheps says that if you use objects instead of beds, they fold down to binaural with their panniong data, but the beds fold down arbitarily based on level. You have to keep Lfe in the beds

in other words pro tools a rip off, tryna trap music producers for life, purchase perpetual license and still they forcing you to pay for a update if your pc need it for pro tools to work right
