I feel your pain, I suffer from insomnia as well as my mom & uncles. Like you I have tried olly & NyQuil one & they both didn’t work. I haven’t tried the 3rd one you got BUT what have actually work for me is hibiscus tea. Crazy I know but for me it works. I take it at 7pm & after putting the kids to bed I finally get in bed at around 9/9:30pm & w/in an HR I’m sleepy. It shut my brain out & allows my body to relax. I take a few hibiscus dry leaves & put it in a small kettle with water. Let it boiled for like 10 mins & then I take apprx between 6-8oz of tea- I don’t put any sugar or honey in it & I just drink it. I have been taking this tea since Feb. I would definitely recommend it!

Zzzquil works but I didn't want to use it all the time. I found Dr. Teals sleep body wash, sleep lotion and oil helps relax me and knocks me out!!

Thank you for making this video! It is super informative, while at the same time compassionate and empathetic. One of my students shared it with me and now I am sharing it with all of her classmates as an example of a well informed, engaging presentation on a cultural product (the concept of pelo malo), cultural practices (straightening natural curly hair), cultural perspectives (the belief that straight hair is superior to curly hair) and where those beliefs came from. My story is that a few bottles of the style cream were good, then when those ran out and it was time to buy more - the new bottles made my scalp itch, they had a different formula that had a formaldehyde releasing chemical that made my scalp and skin - to my shoulders - anywhere it touched - itchy. My hair had damage, loss of shine, and the curls went from wow to un-amazing, sad, limp, no body, didn’t clump right, it wasn’t the good hair I had always had. The new bottles had this ingredient that the original ones didn’t: Diazolidinyl Urea and DMD Hydantoin. From then on I’ve eliminated any products in my stash that have those and won’t buy any that have these, and I have no more itchy scalp and my curls are amazing again.

How does the Lavender hold up in high humidity though?? The Curlmaker made me look like a huge puff ball before mid-morning. Right now I’m using Wetline Extreme to last through humidity. I still like the idea of Camille Rose gel in my hair. It was really soft just with no hold whatsoever.

Do you not use Dominican products anymore? Emergencia?

I've been using their products for like a year and I've had no issues. My hair looks a lot healthier than it did before i started too. Everyone's body is different and will have different experiences.

Listen Queen..why you turn this into a race thing? Us whites have mostly good hair..straight..long..silky..no one is 'jealous' or wondering about her hair. We have our own.

I wonder what really happened tho? I got interested in wavy and curly hair also in the end of 2019 and ordered devacurl products that cost me probably over 100 eur with the delivery (i was living in baltic countries), and my hair also just fell out but since I wasn't in the US or Canada i didnt really understand what was going on. Wow! I used Devacurl products occasionally. I could not afford the products to use daily. I have since moved on and shampoo with Prell twice a week to clarify. And Cowash with a cleansing conditioner 4-5 days a week. I always follow up with Camille Rose Curl Love. Then lightly coat my hair with hair grease. I occasionally use a gel; Camille Rose Curl Maker. My hair is thriving!

Please, enough with is this her hair or not. Who cares. These days, everyone can have hair, down to their ankles ! 😔
