Tres cosas sencillas podía haber hecho: quitar el conducto de aire y ahogar el motor tapándo la entrad de aire, cerrar el paso de combustible arrancándo el tubo de plástico si era necesario ó desconectar el cable de la bujía de encendido.

My yz250 did this shit☠️ mine was due to the throttle recall on bikes prior to 02 fixed now but damn it was scary bike won’t even turn off

Smother the exhaust with a glove, it will reduce the rev's enough for the kill switch to work.

Always have a wooden handle somewhere around so you can pull the plug immediately. That happened to me with the one quad we had. Shocked the piss out of me but I always from that point on had a piece of wood somewhere around.

how do you not know what to do if you know its a runaway. Cutt off air flow idiots. Pulling the spark plug and hitting the kill switch wont do anything. While your getting to the air filter to shove rags down the air boot, click it up to 6 gear pin it against the wall and drop the clutch with all your way on the rear and you might get lucky at stall it
