Stator side crank seal? I had it happen to me on an old air cooled suzuki GT380. Scary stuff. Best thing it to use a Co2 fire exinguisher into the air box. Problem being it still takes too much time to gain access. Glad nobody got hurt Except your wallet.😉

Why did guy put it in 1st gear then just stand there. Would have been easier to pull the plug wire or cut the plug wire or coil wires... Especially with 2 hands not 1 while the other gas to hold the clutch in!
