Jumbo Gelatin Cake Pop Burger!
...dressed with kohakutou onions and lettuce, and chocolate drip ketchup!
Learn how to craft this wiggly, wobbly wonderburger, sparkling with glitter!
TIPS AND TRICKS:
1. When preparing gelatin dessert, be sure to heat the mixture to steaming only ... do not boil!
2. Allow the liquid gelatin mixture to cool a bit before pouring into the mold ... it can get pretty close to room temperature without solidifying.
3. To ease unmolding, dip each cup into a bowl of hot water, one at a time -- being careful to not allow water over the top edge of the mold.
4. I made double the amount of lettuce I would need so that I could stack them up! My go-to recipe is from @RoxStarBakes

I love the idea! It looks really tasty, it's fun and very creative! It reminds me of a krabby patty, and is probably the most accurate-looking version of it that I've seen! I'd love to just jiggle it around! 😄

Awwww, thank you! I have a real Love/Hate with gelatin, it's such a brat! I thought using a plant-based jelly with an animal jelly might reflect the actual burger? Between the patty and the veggies? Oh goodness, but it's a wigglefest!

Girl, you are too good to me! This was begotten of a failed attempt at growing rock candy inside a mushroom cap, but the sugar pool is too small for crystals to form before the whole thing just crusts solid ... I guess i could have just made rock candy and then glued it inside, but ... I like to make things difficult :D

I tried to grow sugar crystals inside a fondant mushroom cap, but the sugar pool was too small to form the rocks before the whole thing just crusted solid. This was my runner up :D ... thank you so much!
