Woodland Barbie Cake with Koi Pond Jelly Island Skirt

I was 100% sure this doll cake concept would prove too difficult to succeed, but it worked! A cake pop dough skirt surrounded with a gelatin pond, filled with buttercream goldfish, and accented with wafer paper details plus a rice paper waterfall hairdo ... call me crazy!
