I think I just missed the tamagotchi phase growing up so I always heard people talking about them or seeing them referenced in reruns of the shows I was watching, but don't remember seeing them in stores or anything... That or we were too far removed from mainstream for it to reach us 😅

That is secondhand knowledge from me but I learned from a fellow Hoya collector that many hoyas will rot in Lechuza pon and what helps is changing to DIY pon with bigger particle size. I received several hoyas in this medium from him and they're doing fine so far (knock on wood 😉)

I haven’t been able to grow an Undulata either. I’ve had 2 imported and managed to keep alive for 6 months max with no growth and then they un-alive themselves. Then I managed to get one from Joanne also but it recently died 😢

You have gorgeous plants. I am super jealous of this collection, but I have no idea how anybody could stay on top of such a large collection, especially including cuttings 👀 I have roughly 50 to 60 plants in total and that's already a lot of work 👀

Thank you for sharing your Hoyas and where you have grown them. Can you make a video on each of the cabinets, tents and shelves and tell us what the humidity is and lights you use. You could show us, for example, each cabinet and the humidity in it, give us a look at the Hoyas in it, tell us about the lights used and what they are, and anything else you have added to that area, for each. Your Hoya collection is so amazing, I wonder how you take care of all of them. I am feeling a bit of Hoya envy right now - I only have 8 varieties in my collection (with a few duplicates). How do you get your Krimson queen to hang - I have mine in a hanging basket but the vines keep vining upwards on the the plant hanger. Actually all my Hoya in hanging baskets do that. I have a Pubicalyx that has tightly and thickly wound itself on a hanging basket that I can never take it down - unless I cut it. It has totally taken over the basket (10 inch basket) in less that a year. I love it, but I would really like to have a hanging Hoya. This was such a nice video to watch - I like long Hoya videos. Thank you for sharing your beautiful plants with us.

I’m a Hoya addict and just love your Hoya collection. Now I have to find part one. My last count I have 436 types of Hoyas not including propagations or noid.

This has been a great video. I love Hoyas. You have so many Hoyas I haven’t heard of before. So it makes me look them up to see if I can find them. I just need to check out of my cart with some Hoyas.

Ok I just was browsing on Etsy and I saw an argentea princess for $1050.00. That’s a ridiculed price. There were two leaf cutting for $108 and the pricier one was about 10 leaves. Makes me wonder if it’s a slow grower. But I don’t know what would make it so pricey.

I have a Hoya called “black margin” but the leaves are more arrow shaped. I wonder if they are related.

I can only hope to have like 2/3 the amount of Hoyas you have. I’ve got about 15.

Love the parviflora is nice looking. Do you know if it’s an easy bloomer.
