It's not a perfect game but it's pretty good. One thing that feels pretty perfect though is the lighting haha. They really nailed the darkness lighting and fog stuff. After a while you truly start to feel lost and crap lol. I don't really get scared in games but the darkness gets maddening at times in this game. You end up turning around a lot wondering if something is right up on you lolz. Super paranoid vibes. And I dunno about you but my controller rumbles in the creepiest way when playing this game and that's also super nerve racking. I think it's a pretty solid horror game remake haha. And as far as games go, it's got one of the best story lines in gaming history. Not saying much compared to amazing shows like better call saul or something hahahaha but for a game I mean, it's pretty good : ) Hope you enjoy it : ) Pro tip. Don't feel too conservative with healing items and bullets. A good strat for the average baddie is 2 shots from a distance and then move in to finish em off with melee. Not sure if head shots do more damage but I think they do. Many go down with two perfect head shots I noticed. The mannequins have no head so shoot em in the... middle? of their body? Whatever you would call that part of them lol. But yeah. Bang Bang SLAM! Is my main strategy haha.

I was afraid that, like 90% of RUclipsrs, she would say: “He looks like Leon!” but no, the guy IS actually Leon ! 😂

The first Silent Hill game is my favorite but I can see why people consider this one the best 👍

Such a great game better than resident evil in my opinion

The reason why Silent Hill 2 it became a classic is because eventually people began to see how unique, eerie, melancholic and authentic the game's atmosphere it really is, and took the time to enjoy its deeply thoughtful narrative and symbolism. To this day it’s by far one of, if not the most mature examination of grief, sexual trauma, suicide, and morality all combined. It’s an intelligent game that does not hold anyone’s hand and comes at the player with utmost confidence in itself. It’s fantastic stuff. The rest of the original 4 are great in their own right and have their own well written stories, but they don’t hold the same emotional weight to them. I think SH2’s maturity by comparison is something that a lot of people are drawn to. ☯️

I personally did not care for the Silent Hill Movies! But maybe others will refer you to them. I cannot recommend them.

There is no real city called “Silent Hill”. The movie itself and the game was adapted based off of a town called Centralia, Pennsylvania. The city had a coal mine fire that caused it's population to dwindle down to only about 7 in 2013 according to Wikipedia.

You should watch the movie 🎥 🍿 Might give you a better insight of the silent hill lore 🫣 The original resident evil is a good movie. It’s more action tho instead of horror.

15:48 the resident evil movies are so bad. The first only one is pretty much the only one worth watching. It’s not great but it’s at least watchable. The rest are only worth watching purely to make fun of how bad they are. There’s also the more recent film Welcome to Raccoon City which uh… well the less said about that mess the better.

Best story of any video game ever made. I recommend people look up the story after they beat the game to answer their questions.

Awesome. I'm excited for this one. Please no one spoil it for her as this is more of a psychological slow burn horror. I'm actually excited to see her opinions on the game and the ending she gets once she finishes the game. Have fun, God bless. Also too bad she isn't coughing as bad as she was in the last parts of Resident Evil or we could have used the "You should take a look at that cough,' line on her lol.

Watched so many playthroughs of this game and yours is hands down my favorite. Awesome to see someone who doesn't know EVERY single detail like many do. Makes the game a lot more fun. Also, just discovered your channel and you do a great job staying vocal and interactive while you play. Ntm you're ridiculously cute obviously.. especially enjoyed your one liners and you calling Jill "girly" and shouting things like "stab him, stab him, F!@%!" 😂 Amazing job, thanks for posting. 10/10

you should play resident evil 2 remake next

you should keep up this series! pvp is super fun. at max level its really easy to get honor gear. i would suggest improving your key bindings more and using only your mouse to turn. you should bind a and d to strafe, just like in other games, and then you should add the keys around that as hotkeys to your bars. if you bind q,e,r,f,c,v, stuff like that, to buttons, its super helpful. its def easier to press e than ctl-4 or something.

Great playthrough :) It's truly the beauty of the classic RE games, where you feel so lost in the first half but then you really have that learning curve and get your mind behind the developers and designers ideas and at the end it just feels great getting that satisfying ending. Looking forward to the next games and take some time to recover and get well :)
