The road to Sheffield is heating up, and we’re officially 3 weeks out! This is the heaviest Week 2 I’ve ever pushed through, and it’s testing every ounce of grit and determination I have. From grinding out heavy sets to refining every detail, this week is all about leveling up.
In this video, I’m sharing my training highlights, mindset, and what it feels like to prepare for one of the biggest stages in powerlifting. The pressure is real, but so is the motivation to perform at my best when it matters most.

    this shit is unbelievable, like i am so genuinely in awe. I'm a conventionally athletic guy at the same bodyweight, I've got a 450kg total and this guy completely shits on it with just two lifts. Hell his warmups are way heavier than my max outs. it just BLOWS my mind, you are amazing sir, i bow to you.

    havent really followed powerlifting since the candito ipf worlds and brett gibbs worlds days. starting to get back into lifting for the first time in about 5 years and i see this dude just completely obliterating world records at the time for easy ass rep sets. insane how much the ceiling has been raised

      You don’t need him as a coach, he’ll give you anything anyone else could. - Get good food - Get consistent good sleep - Stop program hopping, find something you like and make consistent effort and follow your program and don’t make dumb decisions and hurt yourself
