You don't read them out explicitly like a headline whenever a section changes. ~~I would've liked some kind of visual (or maybe a small audio) indication on which "tier" of the iceberg you were on,~~ but I got four minutes in and I was blown away by the quality. Too many people got that "powerpoint presentation"-like high school report style where your teacher tells you exactly what to say and they all sound the same with the most minimal effort.
