Hello mam.. thank you very much for the informative video... I am Internationally Educated Nurse from the Philippines, I am currently living in Prince Edward Island Canada as PR.. I just passed my Nclex RN exam yesterday, New York state .. How can I transfer my license here in PEI? What is the first step? Do i need to go thru NNAS? Can i apply directly to nursing regulatory board here?

The link will sure guide you with the process. For PEI, you'll have to go through NNAS evaluation board. You can register with PEI nursing regulatory body simultaneously with NNAS. Once you've opened your application with PEI, you can then request for the transfer of your registration from Newyork to PEI with or without your NNAS report.

You need to send Nova scotia license verification form to newyork first, newyork board of Nursing will verification your registration status and send the completed form back to NSCN, and you'll be registered as a nurse. Same process applies to becoming a nurse in Ontario. Once you've become a nurse with NSCN, you can request a verification of license from NSCN board to CNO.
