I would be interested in hearing about the Apocalypse/ Final. Personally there was too much asset flipping for me and it made the overall experience boring. Similar to Bravely Second.

Haha, I dunno how everyone else feels, but your description of the world after the spoiler jump seems pretty spoiler filled to me. That said, I had a pretty easy time guessing this location due to screenshots and interviews before the games release. Just not exactly how it was going to work.

Had to wait for 2 years after the US release for a digital only release in Australia but man was it worth the wait. Still my favourite 3DS game and entry in the mainline series.

Oh, I actually played that two years ago! I really loved it. For some reason I just can't finish any Persona game, but SMT4 was a blast throughout my entire playtime.

Nice video and all covering a lot of stuff that I found frustrating. I've been to this game twice (not a Castlevania expert so the nostalgia meant nothing to me) but the problesm of the gacha model drove me away each time.I have earned near millions of dollars, but they are near useless, because you need so many other things (elgos coins, souls, seasonal coins, gems, training skills, character powers etc) just to grow your character enough to get close to beating the boss that require a stupid amount of re-tries the further the game progresses. Drove me nuts. So I think the last time I downed my control will bury this game for me. Again, nice vid.

Hey, unashamed MGS neckbeard here. It's worth noting neither Portable Ops or Peace Walker are spin-offs. They are fully canon titles, with the former only later becoming canonized by Kojima after MGS4 was released.

I cant believe they wasted that much money and time on it to be poo. Then it wasnt a game any gamers wanted on top of the liberal activism added in. There have been pixel art and tiny indies make a profit with less that looked better and was fun and worth buying. They would be stupid to waste more money and time on this even as a free to play. Nobody wants to play it even if they were paid to do so. They would get about the same numbers or worse bringing it back. Especially with some kind of monitization scheme.

This is the classic example of: The Buyer is King, and the King didn't like it.

I really liked the 1st one. I didn’t particularly like the second one. Also the first one seems like either a heavily inspired by Bill Hicks or a tribute to his stand up comedy. I highly recommend it.

Gotta mention the truly horrendous character design. It's missing fundamental design knowledge, and suggests bad ideology behind the game.

That was one of the games I really enjoyed despite the often shitty controlls or camera. And yeah npcs were funny haha. Lot of fun and adrenaline and just enjoy during this game. Loved the psy powers. This review video was trully awesome! Thanks

Thanks for not mentioning the whole "political correctness" thing. It might not of been handled very well either but it wasn't the sole reason as some would claim.

Thanks for this summary of the Concord debacle. This is most definately not my kind of game but im always interested in behind the scenes gaming stories. This is the same situation occuring the film and tv industries. Bloated budgets and stories that feel written by AI or marketing consultants that dont appeal to anyone. The pandemic has affected the world in so many ways and these mega corporations that think they know what we want and that we'll just consume whatever garbage they churn out are finding out the hard way they are dead wrong. Losing money is the only thing that gets through to them so hopefully the message is being broadcast loud and clear.

It's sad to see that nowadays sparsely do we see a game come out that is actually finished or made with true passion and respect for its audience. Gone are days when large studios released games catered to their fanbases, and not to the fabled modern audience. Why do they bow down to politics instead of creating what they trully want, where is the love for games in game devs?

The ACID games are some of the most twisted and trippy, but solid stories from the franchise. Hell, if they simply designed this game as an action stealth title without the turn-based system--and that was doable, considering that we've had Syphon Filter and other Metal Gear titles--these two titles would've been seen even more favourably by the audience and by extension, Kojima.

Bought the game due to this review, as a fan of both Twin Peaks and PS1 style retro graphics horror games, I enjoyed this a lot. Thanks for the video without it I would have never found out about this one.

32:00 that's not true, not even kinda. You have the option in the pause menu to "return to intermission" which literally takes you to the menu where you can set up your deck and choose the next mission.

I truly enjoy this game.... considering the Warhammer license is given to anyone with 3$ and a stick of gum....the games are very hot or miss in quality....but this is a good one

So instead of playing it on Xbox, you instead go to PC? Where you have had multiple issues with it being a poor port that is difficult to get working with modern hardware? And you use that as your basis to review the game in a general sense? Why not just call this a review for Second Sight on PC specifically???
