You can diagnosis easy, if you turn on the heating wait approximately 5-10 min and check the boiler display. The heating will come in and it’s gonna show a temperature and it will jump on higher temperature and then back to lower temperature. This will indicate you have a PCB fault.

For diverter valve with bypass there is no cartridge replacement awalaible.

Yes, I didn't isolated because the boiler was on top floor the highes point of the heating system.

So if you had had to do that, is it the 2 black valves on opposite ends of boiler to isolate them?

That is true, but that boiler lost the pressure after the customer bled the radiators.

You have to clean the condense trap to not build up sediment because it can block it and then the boiler will stop working. Yes, it's connected to condensate pipe.

I use to use always the manufacturer one which is coming with the new part.

I can't make now longer video because I have to met again the same problem with a same boiler. I can give you a bit longer description to can replace step by step. 1 Isolate Flow and Return (black leavers on video) 2 Drain the system by openinf drain valve located in the boiler (white drain valve) 3 Remove the nut from PRV 4 Remove the screw which is holding the PRV (with an Allan key) 5 Pull out the PRV Now you have to do the same tings in reverse order and by the end you have to fill up the system and test it. Don't forget to follow the manufacturer instructions.
