My joystick has alot of play/loose movement. How do you tighten the cable?

Last week I had cut a large tree trunk that had fallen over..some of the pieces were maybe 350-500 lbs.. I had cut one in half and fired my Ford 4000 up and the loader went straight up without me even moving the lever to raise the loader and it sprung a huge leak..blew a seal out where the 2 control levers are that raise or lower the loader and move bucket up and down.,..so I shut the tractor off and the loader came down slowly.. I did not want to work on it where it had messed up because it was far away from all my tools so I cranked the engine up and up went the loader maxed out and I drove it to the designated work area..turned engine off and loader came down. I have replaced the blown out seal and filled the hydraulic fluid back up and went I start the engine the loader will not raise any now..but the bucket will move...I think something happened to the 2 large hydraulic welded cylinders that raise the loader up but there are no leaks...now this Ford 4000 has a separate pump on the front that runs when the engines cranked but I think its working right...any ideas anybody ?? I need my tractor for work on our property but I don't know what to do now and live out in the boonies.

Hi . I'm from Poland . I have a question . why is the video showing the installation of the disk in the PB, while in your other video you tell us to mount the disk in the SCV board?

Anyone else have problems installing rod seals with a seal twistor? Both of the (BRAND NEW) seals I had just crumbled apart the second I tried bending them at all.

That was a great explanation! That gives me some idea & theory so I can better troubleshoot my Kioti loader function. The problem I'm having is that it gets stuff after using it. Summer temps. After using the loader for a little while, the joystick gets very stiff. Thanks for the video!

Hi. My aftermarket front-loader hydraulic valve does not have load-sensing line. What should I do with the load-sensing port on PB valve? Should I just put a cap on it (blocking it) or should I connect any other line to it? Thanks and regards.

I need to replace, the loader valve on my NewHolland 3930 50hp Tractor. It has the 7210 Ford loader . The old joy stick is a Prince brand name. The valve controls just the front end loader How many GPM and how much PSI will I need on the New Valve?

Just wondering if the valve that you're refering to is a flow divider valve or a flow directional valve or some othe type of valve? Thanks

What loader you have on the 3010? I bought a #48 loader, and I'm trying to figure out the mounting brackets on the side rails of the tractor.

I have 2 remotes on back of my kubota Grand L6060, but i need an extra one. It looks like if I plug this into my bottom remote it will block my top remote. Can an extended joint be added to drop your remote down further?

This was exactly what I was looking for. I have a 966 and just couldn't get the adapter to 'click' in place. That little tip about pushing the coupler from the back so it's flush with the housing was EXACTLY what I was missing. I don't think I would have even though of that on my own lol.

I have two loader valves where you installed the power beyond kit. Is there enough clearance for me to install one of these? It doesn't look like it on my end. If not, is there and other way to get a power beyond port on these tractors. I have a 6415.

Is there any reason this wouldnt work on later series Magnums? I have an 8910. Also, we have been mounting the male coupler onto the joystick valve it is so much easier to keep clean. the female couplers always seem to dirt or moisture in them regardless of care.

Thanks for the detailed explanation - great job! I’m trying to understand the difference between the “two” dump positions. Pretty sure my TYM is open center, but for the loader it has the standard 4 operating modes (lift/lower, curl/dump) but it also has a float option on the lower mode and on the joystick it indicates two types of dump. Unlike the float which appears to be a detent, the additional dump option is spring loaded... joystick right dumps, further right does ??? Joystick must be held against spring pressure for that feature, but I’ve not been able to tell any difference in the dump. Since I don’t understand the expected operation, I can’t determine if my3rd function diverter valve is the culprit. It’s difficult to research information about a topic when you don’t even know what it’s called lol!
