If you ever wanted a bunch of turbo whistle in the cab take the stuff off of the charge pipes for the turbo, figured that out by accident on my buddies truck

Just do the reroute/delete the CCV

The problem is not the fuel pump that destroys the fuel system. It’s the CP4 pump itself. The roller lifters rotate in their bores and the CP4 grenades itself and takes the entire fuel system with it. Your customer really needs to swap out the CP4 injection pump with a DCR from S&S diesel to truly prevent the entire system being destroyed. Seen it happen way too many times and the cost is over $10K to repair the truck properly.

I want something similar for my 6.6 LLY. Some extra fun but remains or greatens gas mileage, efficiency, faster spoolups etc..

I did a KC whistler stage 1 on a 6.7 this year with the warlock Kit and I highly recommend it! The truck ripped and sounded amazing. Their kit also comes with all The OEM gaskets and drain filter.

Have home come back for you to install an upgraded accumulator body and tunes from BD diesel. I have one and it genuinely saved my 4r100

Personally I would leave out talking about the specific tuner and anything about tuning. The epa is hitting all the smaller shops. And I use them and don’t want Them to get shut down lol

S&b make a up grade for the inner cooler pipe so it won’t ever do that again

6.0 were junk the 7.3 was ford's only hope.

Why would you go through all the trouble of putting a new turbo in but not even upgrade the boot? That’s a common failure point that most people upgrade when they tune it because it can shatter or break even at stock power.

Mine does this as well, baaaaad. Already had the box replaced with rando aftermarket a few months before I got it. Gonna try to adjust it before I replace it. I need ball joints and bushings too, its gonna be a journey to perfection with this truck. It had a lifetime of abuse and now its time for a major refresh. So many projects on my horizon...no time to slack 🎉

How come you pulled the cab?

Pusher makes a stock replacement with the valve delete for that boot. When I tuned mine the shop wouldn't do the work without the pusher replacement because of that issue.

Hell yea brother it's insane watching the cab come off that thing. How many hours did it take?

I put a titan 66/67 turbo on my 17 f250 and it sounds killer

but with that turbo there’s no WOOOOOO😢😢

First Platinum Edition 7.3 I've seen. Must have been a southern thing. Great to see a rust-free truck, they don't fair that well where I am from.
