I discovered the Coco Wyo books over the holidays as well, and I fell in love. Coloring helps with my anxiety. I had kind of stopped doing it because all the “adult coloring books” were so intricate and involved that it was more stressful than calming. The pages are so easy and stress free! They are so cute I love it! It’s so easy to just focus on the simple pages and it’s definitely helping with my anxiety again.
