Good morning Kristina, you asked why I (the viewer) sketch. Ever since I was a toddler I have been fascinated by colors, whether with pencils or fabrics, it doesn't matter. I used to receive very good quality pencils from a family member and then there was no stopping them. Now I am 60+ and after a stormy life I have found peace again while working in my sketch books. It processes traumas and gives joy. Even though my works are quite simple but it is so wonderful to create. Love from the Netherlands 🖍️🖌️🎨🌞
My sketchbook helps me to clear my mind. On days when I'm not well enough to get out of bed I can still create something and feel like the day hasn't been a waste.
I haven’t worked in my sketchbook in a long time but this is inspiring me to do so. Usually when I do work in it helps me relax. Have you tried the Arrtx markers that are brush tip?

I absolutely feel you on this. Even just a few marks in mine give me a little bit of daily peace.
I love Arrtx paint markers🥰. I have Posca markers but I use the Arrtx a lot more often.

I absolutely LOVE leaves but have only done them in watercolor. I might have to get some of these markers and try this!! It came out SO beautifully! ❤

I haven't yet, have you? Are they acrylic or water-based?
