I am an experienced artist stuck within my own comfort zone. I do mixed media illustrations that look like oil paintings or digital art. I am used to very smooth transitions and blending of coulours. I have been in a rut for 4 years and have produced very little art. I decided to step out of my comfort zone and after lots of research I decided on Ohuhu markers. RUclips picked up on my searches and your video showed up in my feed! I got so excited to start and I actually finished all three plants. They are on the first page of an Ohuhu marker sketchbook and it is a wonderful first drawing for my first page. I love that you add little reminders to take a step back, being anxious about how it will turn out is a good thing, trust the process and the little mistakes can be easy to fix or just work around it. It's easier to remember these things when you hear it from someone else. I am so happy I stumbled upon your channel! I thank you for helping me out of my rut and for pulling me out of my comfort zone. I look forward to watching more of your videos! 🙏😊
Thank you so much!!! I’m so happy to hear your story and learn about your art journey ✨so inspiring. Thank you for finding my channel 🤩🤩. So good to have you here. Another amazing tutorial from you! And you're using new alcohol markers. Do you like them better than the Ohuhu ones? Or don't you see a difference in the results?
Thank you!! 😎😎always happy to see you. Yes new markers ✨. I think they are very similar. I don’t feel a difference when using it. Both pretty good. But this one doesn’t come with brush tip, just bullet and chisel tip. Trying new colors combinations helped me to step out comfort zone to explore more ideas 😎
So nice; I did not find the link to your line style tutorial though that you mention at the beginning, can you post it? Looking forward to the next one already :-)
thank you for letting me know! I have added the video in the description. It's actually the video right after this one "How to Draw Loose Urban Sketch". It's in the first chaper. Hope it's helpful. let me know if any questions 🥰
