Hey man, Appreciate the review! I picked up a set of Honeycomb Charlie pedals as I already had the Alpha and Bravo, I have to say I am kind of disappointed in how they feel. The rudder axis feels very gritty and difficult to actuate, even after using the knob to loosen the tension. Also, I'm not sure I see them being used for anything outside of GA airplanes if I decide to fly rotorcraft or driving. All of that to say I am now researching some alternative pedals and the Winwing's came up. After a month since the review, are you still overall satisfied with your purchase? Had any other issues come up outside of needing to tighten the screws down a bit more, and would you still recommend them for someone who's new to sim flying?

Should i need to open the REX Atoms App everytime when i start to play msfs? Or if i just open the REX Atoms App and do nothing , the sim will not change everything ? I need to turn on the REX Atoms App Manually at the sim background everytime ?

The lighting in 2024 needs to me worked on. It’s way to bright at night and the runway lights are blurry just don’t look realistic at all 2020 lighting is a lot better. That’s just my opinion

My Magneto start sets itself to both even when i check the settings theres no explained reason. Didnt seem to happen in Msfs 2020

You explained everything except simply creating, saving and replaying a saved video.

I'm not an actual pilot, but I read online once about this amazing flight instructor someone had that told them, "Don't let it land.", trust me, it works like a charm. Once you start to float, just, "Don't let it land", for optimal smoothness. It takes a bit of practice but the result is amazing!

300mb/s broadband speed, lucky you! My broadband speed on a good day is 40MB/s and BT have no plans to upgrade this, no plans of fibre to house here in UK, BT Open Reach stated costs don’t warrant this for 96 homes here in Devon. Secondly MSFS2024 is completely unplayable on XBox. Both mouse which goes crazy, and keyboard is unresponsive. Xbox controller camera won’t work it just returns to default settings when stick is released. Thrustmaster Hotas one worked after reversing throttle and elevator. A complete waste of money and should never have been released until everything had been sorted out to run properly.

I have the fighter version of this stick (more buttons) and agree with your impressions, although for abrupt movements of the stick I find it is not heavy enough to avoid the whole device tipping. As I also have the same rudder pedals as you, I simply bound the joystick slider to control the LED brightness in the SimApppro software. I'm using VKB STECS Std throttle.

How do you get those wing/engine views?

PRE-ORDERS are what ruined this release, MS were paid up front, its the gamers who brought all this about, if it had been down to DAY1 gameplay........no one would have brought MSFS2024, if you pay a publisher upfront, where is the incentive. Its not MS fault, its gamers, they just never learn. Saying that ive a subscription copy on Gamepass, brought the Steam 'Standard edition', yet i did buy it 2 weeks after release, as i know MS/Asobo will sort this mess out, hell, i play Star Citizen.......have you played that atm.....NIGHTMARE, broken and full of issues and bugs, yet very well optimized, and again, SC will get fixed up soonish. These days i have low expectations so im easily pleased, i can salvage some level of gameplay most of the time..........its all we have, or just walk away for now. Hope it improves for you, hang in there MS wont let you down, if anyone can pull it of they can.

In the 'Free Flight' mode when selecting 'Find Route' in the EFB it mostly doesn't do anything, but when it does, it seems to route all flights through Africa???

Your issues are the tip of a very, very big iceberg. There are bugs everywhere throughout, with some being so obvious that I wonder if they were even tested. I've been thinking that I'll put the sim down and come back in six months or a year, and try it again. MSFS2024 is the beta for what is actually MSFS2025.

spend 90% of my time trying work thru issues. Have Xbox x, cant even get cursor to work with EFB panel. Checklist for example wont happen.

You say its an upgrade over 2020 but criticise the scenary, replay tool, stuttering, no compatible addons. and mainly PMDG aircraft not compatible. Why the hell are you using 2024 then. I'll stick with 2020 and it sounds like so should you!!

Are you showing Xbox setting or PC settings, I want to know Xbox S settings with Boeing Thrustmaster yoke, Peddle and Throttle, problem is those are very sensitive to control in Taxing and in the air!

What flight recorder you used?

I don't think this is similar to 2020 because in 2020 game they did not have a Flight Credit cuz we want to buy a plane we have to use our debit card on the 2020

The autopilot for all the plants does not work every planet have a fault in it even in free flights none of the planes are working properly they are out of control

It's a problem I have weather update that I never got on my Xbox series X that the only sent to the freaking PC but nothing they did not fix nothing it is still freaking glitchy every time I do a mission it keeps on putting back to the start of the freaking mission unwind my reputation

As a glider pilot, I want: 1. Aerotow launches to work, instead of the tug throttling down within a few seconds of throttling up and staying there. 2. I would really rather that the winch wasn't BEHIND me on a winch launch, even when I choose launch RWY defaults. Being towed backwards makes for a launch that is nasty, brutish and short. 3. I would like it to place me on the runway I have selected. At the moment, it place on what was the default RWY in 2020, not even the new default. It's very nearly a complete waste of time for glider pilots, more than a full month after release. Glad I only paid $1 to try it out. Even then, not worth the money.

I watched the whole video and I was impressed with the detail and applicability to all aircraft types. Unfortunately, I can't figure out how to assign a Press To Talk switch so I can communicate with ATC. If anyone knows, please reply here. Thanks

Is there a way to lock onto your plane in showcase mode and have it truly lock on the entire time? I'm going into showcase mode and then droning down to the runway area, but when I choose the drone lock toggle it barely follows the plane and then just gives up. Wtf am I doing wrong ??

How does your computer handle the sim? thinking about getting a similar setup. Are you able to max out settings with good results?
