The way it is setup, it should automatically change with aircrafts but I think it might be a bug or something for me I always have to go to settings and select respective profiles...regardless of whether I click apply to all aircrafts or not

@@AirborneGeek Ah alright thanks! So when you create each profile, e.g Boeing. Do you select apply to all aircraft?

@JBAviation I used to do it before ..Now I am not. Because it seems like all that matters is I have a good profile for each type of aircraft. Then when I spawn I just go and change it for that type of aircraft and once I do that it seems to be remembering the profiles next time I spawn in the exact same one. Even if you change config, it forgets the profile again...

Nvidia app doesn't work with msfs and my hdr is off. I think I covered most of this ....in game settings don't matter here

@@Germansimaviation I have the same issue, up to date driver i had Nvidia App installed and it worked under that but not with gforce experience

Yeah the base profiles 2020 and 2024 stay as is no matter what...so you can always revert to those for keyboard and mouse

@@AirborneGeek im talking about for other items, like the Honeycomb Alpha and Bravo.

They have their own default profiles too which cannot be overriden. For example for my bravo throttle there is the bravo throttle quadrant 2024 planes profile

@@AirborneGeek I must have deleted it then because when i go to the Bravo and look under General Controls, i only have the one i made the copy from that I named Cessna 208. I do have a default one in the general controls on the Alpha, but not the bravo.

I do rarely fly on my quest 3 but I am honestly a VR noob 🙂 OpenXR toolkit had some contrast and stuff to adjust right?

@ you don’t have to mess with the contrast I don’t but you can lower the override resolution to give you more performance Without any noticeable graphics changes and also foveated rendering and eye tracking with msfs 2020 I’m using the pimax crystal and it works amazingly well. So if you need help with openxr tool kit just hit me up buddy. I’m going to get 2024 but going to wait until they get the bugs out.

So this doesn't work in VR?

@infinitelooptv9939 nope. It's only 2d. Like everything in nvidia control panel. Openxr had a few things to adjust. But I haven't really needed to do much for 2024. And yep openxr toolkit does work for 2024 which is nice to use the foveated rendering.

I haven't tried VR yet. I do have a quest 3 so I'll give it a shot today. VR seems risky to me on this already unstable platform lol

@AirborneGeek it's the only way I fly. The servers are definitely better than on the 19th. And Jorg already has posted they are monitoring and increasing capacity. Today it was great flying. Then again it wasn't over London lol. I've been using my Quest 3 as well.

Check what hold and toggle freelook buttons are set to in MSFS settings for you under mouse. If not, assign it. Try using the mouse 2020 traversal profile for general and airplane settings

@@AirborneGeek for some reason I don't have the mouse 2020 traversal profile i have the middle mouse button set as toggle freelook cockpit and hold freelook cockpit as the right mouse button but for some reason it wont move or work

Did you try middle mouse button or right mouse button while hovering over the thing? I think that should work. Key bindings are different now

@@AirborneGeek yep, I did. I discovered also that the setup differ from one plane to the other. Anyway let's wait for the future updates...

@francoisdyckmans1210 assign the press action to cockpit interaction secondary action under controls menu for mouse....for me right click is assigned to that secondary action and it works. Let me know how it goes
