This kit was suddenly released at the end of 2022.
I was happy to make it with the final version of the main fighter for current use.
I look forward to the 1:48 version of the F-22 coming out in the future.
Anyway, It takes over two months to complete this video. It was a more hand-working task than I thought.
The painting was done according to the manual. Because using a different color may not match the color of the decal.
The following are the precautions.
Decal softer melt decal it self, so careful and clean it.
The wings, left and right light, and the front part of the canopy are covered with a decal, so you don't need to color it.

Those decals making the panel lines a lighter grey would be enough of a nightmare that I feel like I'd probably end up just masking and painting...otherwise, what an amazing kit...the level of detail with just the kit-supplied parts is second to none. Tamiya really gid a great job with the engineering, and you did an amazing job building it!

Great video MODELBOX and very helpful. I'm a little confused by the kit instructions regards the canopy detonation cord decals. Did you apply them on the inside or the outside of the canopy please?

Love there is a pilot figure included and you built it wheels up...like it's flying. I do the same then hang them from the ceiling. Only prop driven planes do I most of the time build sitting on the ground. Wish there was a realistic clearish spinning prop disk for prop types. I'd build them wheels up too!

Nice work, but a word of advice : before using Tamiya panel line accenter on a matt paint, one should add a coat of acryl gloss clear for better accentuation.

Viel zu weiß sieht leider nicht original aus RLM 76 wurde über RLM 75/74 lackiert. Die Tarnung schimmerte bei der original Maschine durch. Sry

I’m not a modeller…….but worked on aircraft all my life. That is superb work.
I have never seen this kit, being built any better..😊❤
