I recently found your channel so I apologize for leaving so many comments but I am so moved by how you have taken such a long painful journey and made it into something so profound and beautiful so that others may have hope and heal. I’m so grateful to hear this and to think that maybe I’m not getting Alzheimer’s as my grandma did😬I was just having short term memory lapses until I started tapering and now am completely off of benzos. I now have lapses of but knowing what day it is or of something I had to be reminded of saying a month ago. It’s so scary😰

Dan, what is another name for sammy? I live in India and you can get so many supplements here. But when I put sammy I don’t get any supplement by that name, even on the internet. 🙏🏼

I doubt this drug helped you after a few months. Most of the time and this is for people who have diabetic neuropathy find it no longer works after a few months to a year. They raise their dose over and over. I bet this drug did help you initially but overtime you began healing. Either way you are an inspiration.

Sounds like you had outer but not inner. With mine, I can’t do any of the things you described.

My pumped up nervous system is an ever present foe. After 30 + years on ativan, I began a slow taper. Trying to sit with the fear. Sit through the panic. The palps. The disjointedness. Thanks for being there, Dan. It makes a big difference.❤

Watching your videos encourages me to keep going. Only started my benzo taper after more than 30 years. Hope I can get through. Tolerance withdrawal and isolating is an everyday thing. Had long standing POTS that was finally diagnosed back in 2022. It's a shitshow.

Today I am slowly tapering benzos (34years worth) and I can no longer tolerate alcohol. All I know now is tolerance withdrawal and living moment by moment.❤

Whats the deal between gabapentin & pregabalin, i heared pregabalin directly hits the gabaA receptors so as bad as bbenzos. Correct me if i am wrong.
