Am I the only one who prefers the Airpod maxes....

How do I get my Momentum 4’s to sound this good? I really really want to love them a lot more, but they just sound too quiet to me. 😢😢 Honestly thought about returning them. I have the Graphite version which looks so sick and I love the fabric on the headband and it feels extremely comfortable, but my XM5’s just sound on another level compared to them. My Sonys just sound much louder.

Just compared these headphones yesterday. Bathys all day long. In terms of sound quality it’s no contest really. The PX8 does have much better ANC though.

I can't understand why Sony can't deliver good sound, they still sound completely dead like their previous iterations. And why are the getting thicker and thicker if they won't put a bigger driver in there and get a better soundstage. I owned the xm3s but sold them after a months because I really didn't like the sound, great as noise cancelling hearing protection but kills the joy of listening to music when it comes to sound quality. Save yourself a lot of money and go for the tozo ht2 instead if you don't necessarily need the 10% better noise canceling.

I threw my Sennheisers in the trash because of their buggy app. Endless attempts to connect to my phone. They released a completely useless piece of junk at first. I’ll never buy them again, even if they become the best on the market

Why is everything a question. "These weigh this many grams? But I find the weight is evenly distributed?" Where are the answers to all these questions?

Based on audio playback on my phone, PX8s sound considerably warmer than the 7s. That's preferable to my ears.

Listening to this through a Momentum 4 the m4 is much clearer in person, but i use Classical pre set eq, with bass boost. You can feel the bass on both samples

Was looking for a replacement set on wireless ANC headphones to replace my ancient Sony WH1000ZM2 headphones. Have done a lot of homework and the Momentum 4s seem to be the headphones to get if you want sound quality...while the Sony XM5s have the better ANC. ANC is the lesser consideration for me, and the Momentum 4s sound like they do as least as well as my current XM2 headphones (which are just perfect for me)...so the Sennheisers are getting the nod for me. Plus at the moment here in Ireland the Sony XM5s are €299 and the Momentum 4s are only €229...so it's a no brainer for me. 😁👍 Sennheiser all the way baby 😀

Everything especially features and constumization is at least 10% better on the xm5 but comfort and convenience is also about 10% better on the Qc45. So it depends on whats a priority for you.

Airpods are better at noice cancellation and connecting to apple products via Bluetooth, but it pales in sound quality!

Man!i got the Sennheiser and the sound sucks dks the stage sounds is absent,no space between instruments is like listening music inside a box.Listen the Akg 701 no Bluetooth headphones but they sounds great and cost 150 Euros

Sound quality are worlds appart. Sony ones sound like inside a can

The extension on the sub bass with M4’s is ungodly, it goes deep, to a point where something so small reaching down that far is unnatural

Sennheiser is that vocalist who sounds amazing live. Sony is that mickeymouse club manufactured artist who needs autotune

Momentum 4 and B&W Px7 S2e are much alike but Px7 S2e costs more and slightly sound better. B&W Px8 and Focal Bathys are better than either. There are several Audio companies that have expensive and much better Bluetooth Headphones if you are willing to pay $1,000 to $5,000. I own Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra and Sennheiser Momentum 4. Both have their Advantages and Disadvantages but worth the price when on Sale. Momentum 4 does edge the Bose QC Ultra regarding audio/sound quality and comfort "less ear clamping force". As Bose QC Ultra are better for travel and have the best ANC. Sony is garbage. Poor Quality so if you purchase Sony products always buy the extended warranty.

I don't know why you would think a professional editor would waste so much money on this monitor. There are better, less expensive options on the market.

Simple Choice and 3 reasons why. 1) MDAQS The Multi-Dimensional Audio Quality Score results indicates BOSE Quiet Comfort Ultra is much better than the SONY WH-1000XM5. 2) Sony XM5 release date May 2022 MSRP $399.99 and Bose QC Ultra release date October 2023 MSRP $429. aka release date (age) and original pricing. 3) 2024 Holiday sale XM5 $299 and QC Ultra $329 both dropping $100. affordability as Sony XM5 should be discounted more because it is a year older than Bose QC Ultra. On the other hand, the best audio/sounding BT headphones are the Sennheiser Momentum 4 release date August 2022 MSRP $349 and now on sale for $229 as $120 less. The Momentum 4 MDAQS rating is about equal to the Bose QC Ultra. Another thing: Momentum 4 just sounds better than Bose or Sony probably because of the 42mm dynamic drivers. The best affordable Bluetooth headphone which cost less of the 3 is Momentum 4. The quality is better than the Sony XM5 and just a small notch below the Bose QC Ultra. I own 2 sets of Momentum 4 headphones. Purchased Bose QC Ultra during this holiday period for trial/comparison for the last 3 weeks. Will be returning the QC Ultra because paying $100 more to get slightly better ANC and immersion/larger stage presence which don't really occur just not worth the money. Yes! ears get warmer with M4 but it compensates for individuals who wear eye glasses as in for comfort. You listen to different genre of music for pleasure as quality of audio makes it nice to listen to. As for BT headphones in this mid-level competition, the M4 has not been beaten or won over yet regarding sound. MDAQS: Scale of 1 to 5. 1 is Poor and 5 is Best. I saw your video today, the Bathys is 700€ and the PX8 420€, in my country. That makes it an easy decision for me🙂. I guess B&W is coming with a new headphone pretty soon.

When listening to this song with the px8 on my head, it sounds muffled through RUclips. When playing the song on Spotify is sounds way clearer

The B&W s2's are on sale at Costco for $199. I bought 2, this is a no brainer.

The bass on the the Momentum 4 is peak, but everything else on the on the S2 is clreaer and much more defined while still having decent bass.

How is the bass on these?
