Thank you so much! I had no idea it could be this simple! Also, when I did this, the cable no longer had quite enough tension to always open the latch. So I bent the cable inside the door and ran a zip tie around to hold it in place. Works perfectly ever since.

Hey Mike, you need some reflective to keep the heat in, you lose a lot of heat through your windows. I noticed you have a battery, you could get a heated blanket to keep you warm. Getting stuff for your car takes time.Keep it up, you will get there!😊

Dude, I'm so stoked you're doing this to this model Civic. Seen it lots on Eg/Ej but just for the backseat Elim. Myself I always thought to do it to my Ej Sedan and remove the passenge seat and make it connect with the support from the trunk. Use all the space under (where used to be floor boars as small home type storage. So sick to watch you make it happen. Subbing after this is posted, own the journey bro!
