Stripping Interior Prepping for Sheet Vinyl Floor Insulation Pt.1 Ford E150 Camper Conversion

In this video we prepare my 2006 Ford Econoline Adventure Van Making progress stripping the van of the bench seat, carpet, wall panels, and seat belt fasteners. With cleaning of the vents and floor to a decent level. I clean the floor to set an adhesible surface for foam board insulation and a sub floor installation to pair with sheet vinyl flooring.

Get yourself a Haines repair manual. Those plastic pieces pop off making cleaning easier

This looks a lot like my van lol, gunk in vents, dirty carpet etc. I also intend to keep the ac and I think I'll just clean my carpet. How many miles were on your van that was a really good deal.
