    Just replaced my 2017 T100 after 140,000 km. with the very same T120 as you feature. The latter excels in three main areas. i) Delicious surge of power ii ) Superb Brembo twin front disc brakes iii) Brilliant headlight system in all three Phases. It is and feels heavier but handles superbly in twisties and corners. It's one failing is in tight city traffic where the T100 excels. Both are superb bikes, haven't sold T100 yet, but the T120 is a step up

    Yes, agreed, I have one too and to me, its off-road capability for the average rider is at most gravel trail/fire road with no difficulty. I'll take it to Salisbury plains to scratch that offroad itch of mine and will ride with a trail riding guide company who provide small dual sport rentals.

    Had mine for just over a year. Fit the 16 tooth front sprocket and the aftermarket air filter cover and it’ll get to 70 in 4th and happily sit there in 5th. My only gripe was the side stand which held the bike so upright I was worried about it falling over. 10 minutes with a file on the cast stop block and it was sorted.

    Something I would add is what a non motorcyclist said while complimenting my T120. "It's compact." I hadn't thought of it, but in addition to be far lighter than a Harley Davidson, Indian, or a Japanese touring bike, it is. I have mine outfitted with a center stand, Hepco and Becker side cases, top case, and crash bar in chrome. Also have a windscreen and the color scheme is same as yours. It is without question the finest motorcycle I have ever ridden. Even though my T100 is still my favorite and my Scrambler 400X has been getting the lion's share of riding since I got it in June.

    This is by far the best review I’ve seen, of any bike 🔥. It looks like you pull away from the red lights quite easily. Is this bike “fun” enough in the city I mean, will going from 0 to 30/50 feel quick, or will it feel dull? The top speed is fine with me, I just want fun in the low end, on the weekend and on my way to work. Thanks in advance🎉

    But part of the reason you'd buy a Triumph Scrambler is for the aesthetics of the high side pipe. It's pretty crucial to that vintage scrambler look. With that being said, exhaust pipes get hot, even without the catalytic converter, it's still going to get hot. Complaining about the heat from the high pipe on a scrambler is akin to complaining about how uncomfortable clip on handlebars are.

    Good review mate. I'm also 6ft 3" and I was wondering how it would feel with me on it. I've sold my car, because of all the poxy electronics and sensors, that I can't fix myself. I used to be a very competent mechanic. Is the 350 Hunter easily fixed without having to buy expensive tools and scanners to detect faults?

    Mine is a 2021 RP and I have 22K miles on it so far. But a fair bit of adventuring. It is... in my opinion, my favorite bike I've ever owned. It's just "Classy". It's not perfect, but it is so so capable of so many adventures and she's taken me on the best of my life. Even now, I'm considering some minor upgrades but TBH it has not kept me from the travels I wished to take up top this point. I can't see ever parting with this bike. She's a keeper.

    Nice video - it is easy to be seduced by the manufacturers videos (as you said yourself). I have a 690 enduro, I take that off road and that can feel big. But, I've chucked it down the side of a mountain, dragged it out at the bottom and rode off....plastic... (i did break the SW motech engine bar... cheap shit). However. whenever I see a 1200 scrambler advert .... I want one .....

    • @stopper90004
      @stopper90004 2 дня назад

      I Went from a 690.to 1200 scrambler...i got tired of the 690's instability at high freeway speed, with any wind gust blowing me around. I found the scrambler just as good off road (not too technical stuff) despite the weight. I bought a klx 250 for more technical dual sport riding... Great, little and much lighter than the 690. The klx is surprisingly smooth at 75 on the freeway (actually more stable than the ktm!). I'm thinking the Tuareg 660 is my next bike. It's an ugly duck but everyone says it's the unicorn. Keeping the scrambler because it's so much fun in town, stable at high speeds and looks like a super model 😂..

      @@Willieswheels Woah that's a nice website! I have a white Guzzi Griso "gentleman cupracer" and Roland Sands leather jacket and gloves (similar retro style) but lately I noticed leather really does keep me off the road when wet or cloudy and ended up with a hangar queen LOL!! Fogy's cloth line could suite a RE classic 350 (handles soo light the 200kg isn't noticeable) I have been eyeballing on as well. However... I did some research on lightweight motorcycles because the Classic 350 isn't the lightest and found the vitpillen (poor sound IMO) and the Honda CRF300Rally. This bike might be of interest for you being in the 150kg range, manageable power, good top speed and milage , lots of plastic panels (cheap) and quite big. I'm 5'9" and at 51yrs I'd consider one of these as a last purshase being the CF300Rally considered to high next decade for me and the Classic350 without pillion an easy bike to climb on. I'm pretty sure the Griso will be outsourced someday with it's 250kg when get I aged and speed or power is irrelevant. Even the Classic350 can be on scrambler tires which many do. Read up on the CRF300Rally! kr, Erik
