I am a creative person and went into science in University. I didn't practice my creative outlets all throughout university and decided that marketing would be a better fit for me! I am so glad I made the jump, I work at a science company and I absolutely love it. I get to be creative and it's stable and pays my bills. I agree that marketing is the way to go for creative people!
OMG, that is soooo cool! I took a science class in college and ya girl is sooooo bad at it. 🤣 But I respect the heck out of people who understand it! SO cool that you now have both of those skills! Double the Cozy Girl Job skills! ✨
If you want I will share tips and strategies with you completely free of charge. You Can give me a chance. Thanks.

New subscriber! This was super fun to listen to. I want to tap more into my creative side outside of my nine to five so this was super inspiring:)
Yayyyy! There is sooo much space for you to be creative, I love it <3
I know that this channel is more about art, being an artist and excelling in life, but could you please (please, please, please) do a video or more like a tutorial about the hydroponic garden? Is it indoors? Do you have any idea if we can start one if we are renting (not owning the house/apartment)? I am not sure if anyone else would be interested but I know I would definitely be interested and watch! Thank you :)
oh my goodness yessss I'm a renter! It's called the Gardyn -- there are a TON of tutorials from some other peeps on it and I absolutely love it! It is indoors and so easy to set up! mygardyn.com/shop-gardyn-home-kits/?coupon-code=rfkira75796& If you use this link you can get $100 off of it! Or if you just want to browse around the site! Awww thank you !
These Tips for productivity are very good! I have one addition: Sometimes it is possible to use a procedure to intentionally make a task more indusrious at the cost of being more boring. (Breaking down complex tasks into repeatable single steps) But then you can do it the 'cozy' way and do the boring steps with background music. I know this sounds kind of stupid. But somehow it works.
Yesss I agree completely -- boring-ifying can sometimes be a great tool and make it easier to get to the fun part ✨
@@lovevioletgaze Hmmm... wouldn't that be a good 'hook' for a video idea? I mean... make it boring and be more creative and productive is an interesting contradiction wich could resonate with your audience (I would definitly click out of curiosity)😉

Its okay to ask for help!!!! Its okay!
You got it !!! ♡
21:10 When someone asks me for help there is one specific bottomline: It should be clear that YOU are helping THEM with THEIR project. But when they say: "You are actually doing this for your self" or "We have to work through this together for the common goal" or "I just want to do you a favour to get you into this process" blablabla... well these are some really bad red flag signs. Especially when you know that these persons are really all about their own projects. And suddenly when the same situation occurs vice versa and you get a project running that should also serve their common goal: Well then it is YOUR project and when they help you, you owe THEM something. This is really bad. Just run. Run away as long as you can. This behaviour of framing and projection is very toxic and this person could even be a real narcissist. And if you work with them for years: At the end of the day you will pursue their dreams and you will not be allowed to have a dream of your own.
@@RobertRedBard absolutelllyyyy. There’s definitely a huge difference. We don’t want to manipulate a situation at all. Reminds me of those sales tactics when a sales rep convince the customer that they actually want to spend the money and the sales rep is helping them. Just feels so wrong on so many levels.
@@lovevioletgaze Yeah the list of examples in the Internet could go endless. I hope you didn't experience long periods of extortion yourself since you try to be open and to help other people. Anyway - great video!

Awww, I'm so glad it spoke to you! <3
I have 3 years of college for engineering, I also was top sales person for fine dining for 4 years. I really want to begin my journey in illustration (where I want to stay). What do you think is my leverage and how I can use it?
3 Years in engineering probably contains a lot of these leverages. That means you actually know... how to do stuff... and fix stuff... and get everything working. So you can invent your own templates and systems for making illustration that others have not. Perhaps you can somehow battle your way to being nearly as fast as using AI - without using AI - and labeling it accordingly so that people know at the first glance, that you do the real stuff.
Work-wise, if you were in sales there are a TON of remote sales jobs you can find, potentially options for jobs still with a base salary so you're always guaranteed *something* even if you don't have a great month. If you don't want to do sales you definitely have the communication skills to do a lot of other communications-related jobs if you don't want to do direct sales, like customer support/client relations. Engineering is amazing! Lots of companies need remote engineers (assuming the engineering is something you can do online 😉). If you're leveraging that top sales person *definitely* put that on the top of your resume! In general, sales gives you people skills! That means you'll be *extra* good at making connections in your creative field. If you want to start carving out that path in illustration, see who you know whose already in that field in your circle or community and ask them if you can take them out for coffee, that you admire their career path and want to see how to get started on this yourself (I have a video coming out about this soon). You're already going to be someone who can keep up a conversation and make for a fun hang because you're great at sales! As an engineer, depending on the type of one you are, you have good analytical skills in some sense --- is it with software? Maybe you can make a stunning website for your illustrations that will stand out from the rest! <3
Hella toxic fur shur

Hi Kira! I'm absolutely enchanted by your channel, Violet Gaze. Your blend of music, creativity, and lifestyle tips is truly inspiring. Your dedication to sharing the artist's journey is captivating. To help your channel flourish, I offer optimization of titles, descriptions, tags, hashtags, off-page SEO, full channel nurturing and management, and video promotion on social media. For your satisfaction, let's start with one video as a test basis. Looking forward to collaborating!
@@rezaulbari3404 Uhm... Do you have a youtube channel with public videos?
@@RobertRedBard No sir, I haven't RUclips channel.
An interesting leverage I came across: I studied music but I am generally lazy in terms of repetetive tasks. So practicing the same stuff over and over was not for me. So I worked steadily on streamlining learning and stuff. Nowadays as a composer I try to streamline the repetetive part of composing music. In general it is a creative thing but some settings and patterns can be wrapped up in templates, wich means: more time for the 'cozy' part😂
Would you mind a little feedback? the target audience for this video could be bigger than the title suggests. So if the CTR should be lower than usual it's probably because if "creativity productivity". Your video is about finding artists advantages in general. I would suggest: "Leverage your hidden superpower as an artist for maximum success"
This! Or “Leverage (Your Guide to Breaking Into Your Art Career)”
Your Main leverage as an artist: Your Glitter-Enchantment is pretty OP😉🌟
I can line out emotion of years, not always practicing. And tactical lining as alternative to coloring and not creep up my lupus.

A Violet of all trades. 🤭 I love it.
1:48 the Glitter analogy: I think this describes "momentum" pretty good. I see your point though.
I said it in 283583 words, you said it in one. Iconic. ✨
@@lovevioletgaze I once watched the wise youtuber "healthy gamer" who layed out his concept of a flowstate motivation. To further distinguish the two things I began to call the more static reasons to do something "motivation" and the flow state "momentum". I am a mandolin and guitar teacher. So for me it is very important to tell the parents of my students it is not the motivation, but the momentum they really lack.
@@RobertRedBard I love this. A lot of productivity content creators also talk about this -- how systems save us, because it means we don't have to be motivated all the time. Even when you love the heck out of something, sometimes you're just not motivated enough and that's where having the systems (in your words, the flow state momentum) swoop in. I think that's so great what you tell the parents -- not enough teachers say this!
Thank you❤

hi I’m study at community college so which classes I need the first semester?
If you're in contact with your advisor, you should definitely ask them if you're interested in starting a different program. If not, I'd Google your college's name and then "advising" to figure out who your advisor is. This would basically be figuring out how to complete an associates degree in your preferred field (Musical Theatre, Theatre, etc.). This could also help if you're looking to transfer to a 4-year university at some point! Ultimately, asking your advisor is the best bet on this since it can vary college-by-college. :)
