New DCF860 beats Flex and Milwaukee!
Flex is the best when it comes to drilling in concrete
I think the dewalt hit some knots in the wood definitely run it again
Watch the full video
@christian what tool got the hottest brother? Which tool felt the most comfortable less vibration?
Milwaukee had the most vibration, but it also had the best grip. They all got equally hot i think, maybe Dewalt slightly cooler than Milwaukee. The Flex is a beast, but the lighting sucks.
@@ChristianElectricianthanks for the reply brother. Im in the market for a new impact driver and hammer drill combo. Im on both dewalt and milwaukee platforms. Which combo would you recommend fkr daily jse and abuse remodeling work. Gen 4's ir 1007 / 860. Thank h in advance
@@247Combat for me the Dewalt PowerStack (PS) batteries are more practical. The 1.7 ah PS and the 5ah PS pair nicely with the DCF860/DCD1007. However, you can probably get a cheaper deal with Milwaukee, since it has been out longer. They both have a solid set, but you need the 6 ah Forge battery to compare with Dewalt. Can't go wrong with either!
Hey christian Are you gonna try out the new dcf870 and make a video of it?
@@carlosalvarado8983 i was thinking of doing a comparison of the DCF870 and the Milwaukee Surge
@carlosalvarado8983 I'm going to try and get the Toughsystem 2.0 DXL Modular System next.
I bought 2 Milwaukee batteries 2 years ago 8 amp high output and started failing . Never ever had this issue with DEWALT. I only used the batteries once a week btw
Im on the milwaukee and dewalt platforms. To me this dewalt 860 with the 1.7 powerstack is better then my gen 4 with 3.0 HO battery. For some reason the gen 4 hurts my wrist with the 3.0 batterry since it sticks out so far it ruins the balance so even though its slightly lighter its worse . The 860 with the small 1.7 powerstack is balanced and vibrates less and stays a little cooler. The ability to control the light is a bonus as well.use your impact all day in the heat, and turning off the let contributed to the tool staying cooler. The 1007 drill is a beast with the best clutch ive used on a hammer drill. And this is coming from someone who owns mostly milwaukee tools. Also the 870 is about to drop and its supposed to be a milwaukee surge killer, we will see
Thank you for sharing your experience as a person who has tried both brands. I enjoyed reading your comment. I was using the DCF860 today and the 1.7ps is still so powerful with it and really light.
On a budget ill always recommend ryobi drills drivers impacts for jack of all trades and reliable and master of none. They never let me down. If u want power i recommend Milwaukee. Dewalt isnt bad i dont just like them personally. The good thing about ryobi is when u put a larger and largwr battery you can get more foot pounds .Basically when u get a more powerful battery for ryobi impacts they usually put out more foot pounds that is noticeable. High recommend ryobi if u are on a budget and need decent tools. But if u have money i recommend Milwaukee or makita. 3rd id recommend dewalt or hilti
Milwaukee and Dewalt are the most innovative on the market. They are the top tool platforms for tradesmen. Nobody is using Ryobi on job sites. They aren't for construction, but for homeowners or diy. Makita used to be amazing, not really innovative and falling behind. Dewalt is the most American owned. They have 60v tools and got all the power you need. Can't go wrong with Milwaukee or Dewalt
Noticed you haven’t uploaded in a few weeks, just wanted to say, keep it up with these videos! I’m enjoying them
Thanks Kaleb. I've been busy with starting the business and finishing some seminary courses (15 units this semester). I'm going to upload my Valedictorian speech i just did this past weekend for my time as an apprentice. I appreciate the support 🙏 and I enjoy your videos too. 😊👍
Use a impact rench
Have you seen my other videos Christian?
Did you go through WECA?
Yeah
@@ChristianElectricianthat’s cool my bro in law just graduated from it this past weekend and I hope to start soon I passed my test like last April

@@ChristianElectrician he was

Is plywood and pinewood not normal? Lol
Buena comparación cuál recomiendas
Go with any of the three brands and you won't be disappointed. If you have tools on that platform, go with them.
And DeWalt 1007 smash it
I would reallyyyy love to see an dcf860 vs dcf892 comparaison for driving screws... with the adaptor on the 892 of course!
this is impressive but flex is probably too expensive for most contractors or individual tradesmen and it’s also not very easy to get in canada, not sure about the states though
Easy to get in the US for the most part. Not that expensive either about the same as Dewalt and Milwaukee
Yes bro DeWalt ❤
Do you really fan boy over a tool? 😂 hilarious
A hilarious question commonly asked by a pee-knuckle with no grown hairs .Ask another doofy question poop toots 😭baby 🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@MR_G92 what's up 🤡
Just called fastenersinc and they confirmed this sale is in store only, no shipping.
Perfect 👌

Excellent Dewalt !!! 💯
Do it without the handle, nobody in the trades uses that
Lol, I do, and I do it right ✅️

Wheres the rest of your pants?
@michael2943 bro it gets like 120 up in that garage in the summer. 🤣
If you like share and subscribe that will help me be able to afford new pants someday. Lol 😄
Good stuff Christian!
But what number was the chuck set on ?
I say it in the full video I got this short from, you should be able to click on it. It's on drill mode, speed 1, with turbo engaged.
It still so impressive how powerful cordless tools have become. Honestly even the cheap stuff blows my old expensive stuff out of the water.
TTC showed that the dcf860 is stronger in reverse which is wack. The engineers thought they were making an impact wrench.
Yeah, I find that detail very weird. They marketed it as 2500 in-lbs, and it doesn't do but a fraction of that in forward. It's good with the small stuff.
Image if the dewalt had a 6 ah stacked lithium like the other two have, its keeping up with a lesser battery
True
I’m about to buy the 007 but hesitant 😭 I just want one to be long lasting
It's a beast. Get it if you want an upgrade.
I have the Flex turbo and just got the dcd1007 and the Flex is still faster but the Dewalt has more torque, both are better than the Milwaukee
Thanks for the view and comment 😊🙏👍
Wheres makita xgt? Or bosch Or metabo Why do these videos always exclude most professional brands, i guess Milwaukee and DeWalt winning depends on being the only competition
FLEX won this challenge. These three tend to be the best in the market across all power tools and are leading in innovation. That's what I see on the job site and the data shows this (typically). This doesn't mean that the tool brands you mentioned don't have power tools that are on par with these, they are just not innovating like these top brands. FLEX is a new challenger, and they are doing great.
That drill is a beast! what price does it have?
It depends, if you get it on sale at Fasteners Inc next month it will be 149.
Me with workpro brand tools actually having money left over after buying
I've never heard of it. It's not on construction sites. But if it works for you, that's all that matters. 😊👍
Great advice
Thank you 😊🙏👍
You’re putting all your body weight into that does that happen usually on a worksite ?
With lag screws yes, if you don’t the socket will just come loose
I'd put a pilot hole first in a real worksite. This is just for testing purposes. If I hold it barely, it will kick, and the anti kickback will shut it off. I'm just holding it firm with my weight on it.
FLEX is the best.
In the Impact and Hammer Drill, yes. In power tools, not yet
Yes sir, not yet. Next gen tools will be awesome 😎
Different batteries
Yep
Nice shorts😂
Summer over here gets up to 115 and the garage turns into an oven.
Low key I thought he was talking about ishowspeed
Lol
Put it in medium aggregate concrete
I used the same pavers to test it against all three Hammer Drills. For testing purposes, this test was good enough. Thanks for viewing and your request, but the testing I put all 3 hammer Drills through is pretty solid.
Put some glasses on 😭
OSHA just entered the chat. It's always good to be safe. 😊👍
Try some real concrete
Agreed!!!! With aggregate/rocks. Portland cement is like drilling into dust
I was going to do a 5 gallon bucket with concrete, but I ended up using the beefiest pavers I could find and tested the Milwaukee, Dewalt and Flex Hammer Drill in them all.
Also, if I'm drilling through cement a lot, I'm going to get my rotor hammer. I use my hammer drill to go through stucco and for small concrete anchors. However, I used the same pavers for all three Hammer Drills.
@@ChristianElectrician how did the others do? I’m partial to the Milwaukee myself. I had a 1/2 DEWALT Hammerdrill and the chuck bites on it
@@SinCityScooter I posted like 10 shorts about this test today. The full video is about 40 mins long (I think). Short story is they all do good and are great Drills. Some do better in certain areas, but I do have a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place after the testings. It's super close.
with the DeWalt tape!!!
It's FATMAX Tape, but same parent company yes. Lol
Milwaukee will do it
Unfortunately, Milwaukee was the worst in this category, see my short or long video for all 3.
Milwaukee did better in other categories though. 😊👍
I have the M18 FUEL. It rocks!
😎👍
Keep sending ur money to that Chinese owned company 👏

Thanks
Dcd1007 already back to Regular price after 24 hours 🫤
DeWalt 20v and 60v
I love that about Dewalt
Why do Electrians use only Milwaukee?
Its just a color preference😅
I think it is a color preference thing. They both make great tools
