@ thanks for the reply. I recently changed to this class since at legend rank I couldnt do much with my current class. Its either tank barb or kite wizard and i prefer kiting than tanking. Thank you!

@merkkino2229 this isn't a PvP build. For PvP current meta for Wizard needs heavy cc like arcane wind freeze to survive and it's very squishy unfortunately

@@ADesertVoice I try to create builds for all classes. The build I was working on at that time happened to be for tempest. Tempest is also one of the strongest classes for challenge rifts becauses of high survivability and damage so I just stick with it

@@jerickjamili5201 you need to have at least 1 gear piece with the rolling surf eternal affix. It gives a nice bonus but it's not required for the build to function

Yes skein-parter got a small balance change (nerf): "Skein-Parter (Rolling Surf) Maximum number of water daggers reduced from 7 to 4 due to performance impact it was causing. To compensate, damage of each water dagger increased by 75%." It still has decent damage and is worth using even after the nerf but expect ~10% less damage overall

@@adamcs2770Yup, different effects. One extends the beneficial effects duration on your character the other extends the harmful effects duration you apply to enemies

Any 3rd party program that gives a direct advantage over other players could be ban-able as far as I'm aware. With that said, I have heard of some people using a "numlock trick" in other diablo titles and not being banned but I won't condone this personally. I mentioned some good 1 and 2* options in this video. I haven't made a video for that specifically. Since there are slight differences to which gems can be usful for every build I usually go over that in every build guide

@@J37ACK aux effect can be used on gems which you've ranked up already but give no use to your build. I don't really recommend bothering with aux for 1 or 2-star gems unless it's a rare case, for example if you ranked up a battleguard or a gem which provides buffs to channeling skills which doesn't help at all for most tempest builds. Aux only provides the rank 1 basic effect while keeping reso and combat rating of your ranked up gem. In the case you really need to do it you can refer to the I mentioned in this video. But if your raked up gem provides at least a little value I wouldn't aux it

4xgrace of the flagellant and 4x banquet of eyes. If you don't have high attack speed then take 4x vithu urge instead of grace

@@siarethe Yes you can. Mountebank 4pc might work a bit better though if you need a bit more tankiness

@@krakerkraker11 Check 16:00 this part is important to get you to 70% move speed. Without this tempest is always going to be feel slower compared to the classes you mentioned regardless of which build you use. With those affixes and all the dashes you should be able to catch up

@@franchise78 I expect new difficulties to be released before p600. In the past this has meant new raids/gauntlets. It's still unconfirmed but they might also raise the server paragon level directly so I'm not sure if 600 will be a real push If I was in your position and have a group that can help me run gauntlets then I would probably wait to see the major update patch notes. If I had to guess your raid first clears should always be useful. Gauntlets on the other hand might get reset completely so it might be worth doing those as soon as you see the notes before the updates hit the server so you don't lose out on those rewards

Hey, I didn't because I forgot to do it. I showed the requirement for Apen and Armor at the end of the video. For CR300, you need at least 6.2k for each to get a decent bonus. That's why if you have low secondary stats (like me) going for more damage might be wroth it but I didn't try

@@VictorDraghiciu When you equip thousand dooms the behaviour changes a bit because squall is no longer a dash. To apply the mark as well as thousand effect you need to dash through the enemies. This can be achieved with another dash skill (flowing strike in this case). Once you activate squall, dash through enemies and you will see the white mark then. Sorry if this wasn't clear in the video
